Group A: Patients didn’t use LH; Group B:patients injected LH in conjunction with FSH.Result:Two groups of patient’s age, basis of LH and total Gn amount, E2level on the HCG injection day, LH level on HCG injection day, the high quality rate of embryo, embryo transfer rate, clinical pregnancy rate had no statistical difference. Group A Gn days is (10.33±1.16), Group B Gn days is (11.22±1.90), P<0.05, the double rate of2PN were65.30%in Group A and54.61%in Group B,has statistically significant. Conclusion:The basis LH<1u/L patients, adding LH cannot reduce the Gn amount, increase the egg number and pregnancy rate, it may actually increase Gn days, reduce the rate of2PN.
