All patients first give the low frequency treatment, three-dimensional traction therapy and relaxing muscles and tendons, then give group therapy;Automatic reeling group were treated by massage and restitution with full automatic reeling machine. Manual reeling massage group were treated by massage and restitution with manual reeling machine; Acupuncture group were treated in Shenshu, qihaishu, Dachangshu, baliao, Sanyinjiao, Yanglingquan by lifting, thrusting, rotating and mild reinforcing-reducing method. All the patients treatment every other day, a total of ten treatment time. The evaluation scales are JOA (Japan Association for Department of orthopedics), low back pain disease curative effect evaluation table, the simplified McGill pain questionnaire and WHO quality of life scale (WHOQOL-BREF),all questionnaire filled in by the patients, respectively, at fifth times after treatment and after the whole process.ResultsAccording to medical statistics, three groups of gender, age, course and the scores of all above scales of disease patients have no significant difference (P>0.05) with comparable. After treatment,25patients of automatic reeling massage group,11cases were cured,10cases markedly effective, 3cases effective,1cases ineffective, the total effective rate was96%;25patients of manual reeling massage group,10cases were cured,12cases markedly effective,2cases effective,1cases ineffective, the total effective rate was96%;25patients of acupuncture group,7cases were cured,8cases markedly effective,6cases effective,4cases ineffective, the total effective rate was84%. Statistically, there was no significant difference in automatic reeling massage group and manual reeling massage group (P>0.05), there was significant difference between automatic reeling massage group^manual reeling massage group with acupuncture group (P<0.05), the curative effect of the former two groups is better than the acupuncture group.ConclusionResearch results show that the automatic reeling massage therapy, manual reeling massage therapy and acupuncture treatment all have curative effect on the treatment of sacroiliac malposition dislocation, but the curative effect of the former two groups is more exact, in the improvement of symptoms in patients with pain、JOA low back pain score、the simplified McGill pain scale score and life quality score, and the automatic reeling massage therapy, manual reeling massage therapy have the comparable curative effect.
