Guiding technique of traditional Chinese medicine is a kind of traditional health care sports in our country, which has a long history in keeping people’s health from illnesses. Guiding technique has the very high medical value that combines exercise, breath, and consciousness into one body. So it has affirmed and inherited by past dynasties doctor. Guiding technique has played an important role in clinical medicine.ObjectiveThrough the document study of guiding technique and the case analysis of the TCM of the problems this paper summarized the basic characteristics of the guiding technique of traditional Chinese medicine. This thesis applied the basic theory of TCM to explore the role of clinical mechanism and discussed the important role that the guiding technique played in the recovery of the Bi---syndrome of limbs from the reason and mechanism. This dissertation aims to provide systematic theoretical basis for guiding technique.Methods1. Documentary methodThis thesis completed the all previous dynasties Literature chronology of guiding technique on the basis of. the book<medical textual research of Chinese>and<China’s TCM ancient books catalogue>. This dissertation summarized the evolution process of the guiding technique and its connotation.2. Case analysisIn order to summarize the basic characteristics of Guiding technique, this dissertation needs to research and practice for the majority of the guiding technique methods. So the dissertation chooses the most representative guiding technique cases hoping to seek the regularity knowledge in solving practical problem.3. Logical analysisThis dissertation summarizes the basic features and disciplines of guiding technique from the documents so that it can utilize the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine to guide clinical mechanism which is for solving practical problems.Results1.The guiding technique contains three basic features:firstly, the integrity of Guidance that contains the integrity of exercise methods is the form that combined exercise breath and consciousness. What more, it also has another integrity of guiding technique’s affection. That will improve the quality of the invisible qi. Secondly, it is the specificity of guiding technique. Guiding technique can improve the function of the tissues and organs because the main object of the guiding technique is the aponeurotic channel. Thirdly, it is the cooperation of consciousness, breath and exercise. On the process, exercise cannot be separated from consciousness which will greatly increase the effectiveness.2. Under the guidance of the principle of the yin-yang and five elements along with visceral doctrine and meridian doctrine and the theory of jingqi that dissertation discussed the principle of the guiding technique of TCM. Guiding technique can strengthen the physical body such as strengthen muscles and bones, promoting blood circulation and augment essence. On the other hands, guiding technique will increase the invisible qi, which can keep filling the essence of the organs, dredge meridians and collaterals. Furthermore, it can improve the quality of sleep. Guiding technique will improve the function of the human body as a whole.3.The pathogenesis of Bi---syndrome of limbs includes two parts, which one of its is the internal cause that contains deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency essence of liver and kidney and the disorders of the blood and qi; and another is the external cause that takes on six exopathogens such as wind and cold. Its pathogenesis mainly have three:the muscle lesions bizu, blood disorders of the viscera and meridians. Bi joint activity obstacle by muscle lesions is an important reason.4. According to the basic characteristics of guided surgery of traditional Chinese medicine and its effect on the body of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, and its role on the classics, zang-fu organs, meridians and associated with the pathogenesis of limb bi, may be in these three aspects to the treatment of limb polioplus partners play a role.ConclusionThe guiding technique is one of the exercising ways of the wholeness which can nurse one’s health and dredge the channel of the blood and qi, and strengthen the muscle and physique. Therefore guiding technique can improve one’s healthy. The guiding technique is different from others methods of exercising, because its behavior is slowly and tardiness which will expel cold from body in a way that qi-movement diffused from the inner to perspire. Guidance of traditional Chinese medicine may in these three aspects can played a role in the treatment of limb polioplus partners, to improve the joint function, improve the quality of life.
