Objective: Exogenous disease, is due to the six evils, pestilence and other evils infringed on the human body. Often, fever is the main clinical manifestation, it is also known as exogenous fever.Exogenous disease, including cold originated disease and febrile disease belong to two categories. The book "treatise of cold originated disease" guiding the differentiation of six meridians and “Wei、Qi、Ying、Xue”syndrome of febrile diseases, together with “triple energizers” syndrome formed an important part in diagnosing exogenous disease.Although cold originated disease and febrile disease are both classified as exogenous fever, they have a different method of diagnosis. For clinical application, using only one method of diagnosis is insufficient to cover all of exogenous fever types, whilst complexity and duplicity cannot be avoided. To a certain extent, this creates difficulties and inconvenience during diagnosis.In view of this, Professor Liu Lan Lin utilised three dialectical argumentation methods,merging and incorporating exogenous cold temperature fever syndrome spectrum of various syndromes, making a comprehensive analysis of exogenous fever syndromes and pathology, and fully adapting the three dimensional analysis of the dialectical method by diagnosing based on disease resolution, disease location and disease susceptibility for exogenous fever.This thesis aims to use the dialectical method exogenous disease and its clinical application of cold fusion temperature by three dialectics, and thus in a more thorough manner assess the febrile syndrome, and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of exogenous fever.Methods: The literature mainly refers to theoretical research methods, the research ancient foreign susceptible dialectical method in China, and contemporary literature that dates back for nearly 20 years, and published literature on cold fusion temperature of the dialectical method of exogenous disease.Firstly, the historical origins of exogenous disease’s syndrome is discussed, then the cold temperature fusion of exogenous fever monograph on cold fusion temperature of exogenous disease concept, from typhoid and temperature differences and similarities of the pathogenesis of the disease is analysed, leading to their similarities and differences of the dialectical method, indicating cold temperature fusion has the basic conditions;Finally, ideas are built and exogenous disease syndrome of cold temperature fusion method is implemented.Thus the elaboration of exogenous fever using the three basic principles of dialectical method to construct three-dimensional differentiation hypothesis external thermal disease syndromes characterized by a variety of experiences to explain the fact that to achieve recognition of three-dimensional theory of dialectical experience in the interpretation of the findings, there is a need to control, organize, and repeat, to fill gaps in research. The resolution of disease,disease location, disease susceptibility and three-dimensional dialectical, comprehensive and systematic analysis will be summarized using these cases in order to determine its mechanism of syndromes and diseases.Results: 1.Through the study of ancient and modern dialectic method of exogenous disease, based on the Six meridians, Wei Qi Ying Xue and triple energizers syndrome,based on the fusion of three dialectical method to combine the cold temperature, the three exogenous disease dialectical method aimed for a resolution of disease, disease location, disease susceptibility and method of three-dimensional integrated exogenous for comprehensive picture of disease syndromes, and to clarify the incidence of cold originated disease and febrile disease development, and cold and heat of the evolution of the other three-dimensional differentiation, induction Syndrome characteristics,revealing every stage of exogenous disease pathogenesis, disease outcome, such as illness and prognosis. 2.The three-dimensional analysis of the dialectical method is a more systematic study of ancient physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cases of exogenous fever ideas.
