As the important component of the national medical system, private hospital has the feature of specialization and flexibility. With the development of remote diagnostic and treating technology, building its own virtual team for private hospital has important practical significance. It can carry out national hospitalization and push sound and fast development of diversified health care pattern. It can also work for improve the fair and efficiency of public utilizing health services and achieve social harmony and to preserve and promote public health.The major objective of the study is to make research on whether private hospital has the feasibility to build virtual team and discuss the management issues of medical virtual team for private hospital. Accordingly, it works for providing manager of private hospital with decision-making, solving the existing talent shortage of private hospital, reducing the talent cost, offering higher quality health service for the local patients and really achieving a harmonious medical environment.The study firstly adopts the methods of positive investigation and data analysis and discusses the differences between virtual team for private hospital with virtual hospital and remote diagnosis and treatment. It has been proved feasible to build virtual team for private hospital through statistical analysis on the survey data. The study has also discussed the impact factors of building medical virtual team for private hospital and the influences of team member features on medical quality. It has proposed the basic index system for virtual team members.Secondly, auditions has been carried through among large number of intention medical staff to participant in virtual team with the fuzzy recognition. Satisfied members have been selected from optional medical personnel, applying neural network technique and multi-objective decision policy. The final members will be chosen out from the selected personnel, evaluating with uncertain language decision policy and combining with the personal willingness of private hospital decision maker.Finally, according to the operation characteristics of private hospital, the management mechanism of the medical virtual team has been put forward from the point of team member motivation and performance evaluation. The discussion centers on the motivation system and performance evaluation system of medical virtual team for private hospital. The quality coordination mechanism of medical virtual team has been structured based on the dynamic contract. And the further exploration has been made on the relevant management measures of medical virtual team for private hospital.This paper proves that it is feasible to build virtual team for private hospital. During the selection process, the cooperative quality and ability of team member are very important. And the geographic distribution has minimal impact. According to the personality of team members, the manager of private hospital can make identification and selection pertinently. To promote the sustainable development of private hospital, motivation system and performance evaluation system should be adopted purposefully and selectively during the management process, the medical process quality should be ensured and the quality coordination issues of collaborative process should be focused on.
