| Inland rivernavigation is an important part of integrated transportation system in China. The Internet of Vessels(IoV), which is constructedusingthe Internet of Things technology, can effectively guarantee the smooth and safety of navigation channel, and the high efficiency of cargo transportation. It is essential to achieve high quality information service in the inland rivernavigation. Solutions of the state perception and prediction of ship operation, state perception of navigation environment and information security during interaction are the key problems for the construction of IoV.From the process of the design and research on IoV system structure for Yangtze River Delta area,the solutionsof the state perception and prediction of ship operation, state perception of navigation environment and information security during interaction, this thesis is able to support the achievement of the IoV technically.Based on the framework design for the IoV of Yangtze River Delta area, the general technical structure of Io V was construted.Identification of ARPA and facula targets of vessals transportation flow perception was studied here. And the perception methods of navigation position and environment were also studied. Additionally, vessals navigation alarm system was designed, and threshold determination method of factor based on Power Spectrum Density(PSD) and alarm analysis based on data collaboration model were proposed. Lastly, aiming at the risk assessment problems, a comprehensive information security risk assessment model based on risk matrix, Borda sequence and gray hierarchy analysis(GHA) was put forward and applied.The contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1) The structure for the general system and all the sub-systems of IoV of the Yangtze River Delta was designed.(2) The target identification of ARPA and facula in maritime radar was achieved;a method for navigation mark position perception with high precision was proposed and proved in tests;the visibility detection algorithm for Yangtze River Delta is developed based on images.(3) The information security condition of intercommunication forIoV of Yangtze River Delta was analyzed based on Borda sequence and hierarchy analysis. By the risk assessment model, the information security qulity for IoV of was achieved and the improvement advice was also proposed. |
