Our Army Barrack Integration Construction Research Under The Information-based Condition

Solving the two historic tasks of being capable of winning and never degenerating, actively introducing changes with Chinese Characteristics, accomplishing the dual historic task of mechanization and full IT application, building a strong modernized revolution army is the general goal of PLA.Under the guidance of general goal, the reformation of modernized barracks construction is on its way. The document of Central Military Commission [2011] NO.4 requires constructing modern barracks, improving comprehensive assurance capability and promoting regularization construction, following the thoughts of “Centralized arrangement, Integrated construction, Intensive support, Scientific management”. This subject arises at this background.The investigation of military barracks integration construction under information warfare, aims at investigating the outlet of modern barracks planning and construction and forming a new theory system for it by analyzing the characteristic of information warfare and the thoughts of modern barracks planning and construction.Studying the development of modern barracks construction from various aspects, such as planning, designation, complement, security, information, ecology, and directing the integration construction of demonstration barracks, has important significance in improving military combat effectiveness, serving national defense construction and accomplishing military modernization. As referred to this, referencing the international research findings,some achievements are as followed:(1) The development Characteristics and restriction of three former barracks are induced, the necessity of modern barracks construction in new period are analyzed and summarized.(2) The theory framework of modern barracks construction are Formed and a strong theoretical support for the paper is provided, by studying the normalization, systematization and characteristics of modern barracks construction.(3) The conception of “comprehensive barracks” is put forward on base of modern barrack function research, comprehensive barracks plan and content control are explained, the comprehensive barracks goal and method are analysed, which difines our army comprehensive barracks construction quality and goal, formed barrack plan theary frame.(4) discussion of the systematization of planning and the integration of designation in modern barrack construction is put which provides technology for barrack construction under the information-based war condition.(5) based on the theoretical analysis and research in the last five chapters, taking the theoretical basis of information warfare and intensive barracks construction, and combining the present designation situation of Shenyang Military Region offices, the present situation of our barracks is analyzed, and a new thought is further proposed, that is the planning of modern barracks should be regulation、systematize、integration;and more to try construct the local and ages. Chapter seven is conclusion, in which the main work of this dissertation is summarized.Innovative points:First, the basic theoretical system of modern barracks integration construction is established;Second, the designation method of modern barracks integration construction under information warfare is presented;Third, the main design method for modern barracks integration construction suitable for information warfare is proposed.
