| In the building of New Socialist Countryside, the construction of rural low-carbon housing has been paid increasing attention.This paper is based on the low carbon efficiency of rural residential buildings in northern China, and the shifts in the traditional house wall materials, heating modes and energy supplies. The results demonstrate that the carbon fiber electric heating soft board can respond to temperature faster comparing with the system of heating cable and it can gain better uniformity of temperature when working In dynamic condition.The application of the heating mechanism of new carbon fiber electric heating soft board in the low temperature floor radiant heating system in North China was explored for the first time.The experimental study of the electrical and thermal properties of carbon fiber electric heating soft board was made basing on the new energy demonstration room of Shenyang Agricultural University. We established the physical model and mathematical model method of carbon fiber electric heating soft board and simulate temperature field and velocity field in the demonstration room, the temperature distribution and air flowing features.Experiments were conducted to determine the temperatures of the floor surface and the indoor air, respectively, at the starting and stopping stage when using the carbon fiber local intermittent heating. The temperature distribution of the surface of the heating floor is obtained. It is distributed evenly, and the maximum temperature difference is no more than 2 degrees.Based on the theory of calculating hydrodynamics, numerical simulation of heating cells was established. The research has simulated the number of temperature field of the cells using the Fluent. The error of the amount of heat exchange of carbon fiber electric soft board is 0.85 percent. Radiant heat exchange only account 54.64 percent of the total. The computational results come close to the results of simulation 49.3 percent, which is well within the acceptable limits.
