The dual pressures of energy and environment make the development of electric vehicle technology with energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency.However, the following problems still exist in the development of its industrialization.for the electric vehicle drive control,electric vehicle running at a high speed and weak magnetic control make the torque couldn’t response quickly;for the electric vehicle acceleration control, the existence of the start- up and the overshoot are difficult in coordination;for the electric vehicle regenerative braking control, the energy recovery is not high;for the main circuit design of driving controller,the filter is complex and parameters margin is too large and the cost is high.After analysis and research of electric vehicle drive control mechanism deeply, we analysis and research the mentioned problems of electric vehicle drive control technology and put forward the corresponding solutions to various difficulties and key technology.The main research content is as follows:1) To solve the problem that when the electric vehicle running at a high speed the response of magnetic control is fast weak, we put forward a kind of variable voltage given expectations of weak magnetic control algorithm, it can greatly improve the dynamic response speed of the weak magnetic control, and improved the performance of weak magnetic control.2) To solve the contradiction between rapidity and overshoot of the response acceleration of electric vehicle, the active disturbance rejection control technique is applied to electric vehicle acceleration control, and solve the problem between rapidity with small overshoot even without contradiction;3) For regenerative braking of electric vehicle power battery charging time constraints and the energy feedback efficiency is not high, we put forward a kind of multi constrained SOC estimation under the efficient charging current control strategy based on, and improved the EV regenerative braking energy feedback efficiency.4) For driving controller design of LCL filter parameters margin is too large and the high cost, also the design requires trial and error problem, we put forward a kind of drive LCL filter parameter optimization method based on least square method. The parameter optimization method solve the drive parameter design of LCL filters require multiple trial and error problems, and reduced the volume, reduce costs.In conclusion, to solve the four key problems of electric vehicle drive control system, we put forward a kind of variable voltage given expectations of weak magnetic control algorithm, the active disturbance rejection control technique is applied to electric vehicle acceleration control,a kind of multi constrained SOC estimation under the efficient charging current control strategy,a kind of drive LCL filter parameter optimization method based on least square method. The method above for the electric vehicle drive control technology development has a certain theoretical guiding significance and has very important practical value for the industrial development of electric vehicle.
