Multi-electric aircraft(MEA)have the characteristics of low emissions,good stability,and high energy usage.High-power-density permanent magnet synchronous machines(PMSM)have a wide range of applications in the field of MEA driving.The study of high-reliability and high-power-density control scheme for the motors has important engineering significance for the development of multi-electric aircraft.In this paper,a new type of PMSM for MEA is taken as the controlled objetive.Aiming at the requirements of high speed,high stability and fast response of this PMSM,a flux-weakening control scheme based on an improved active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)is proposed.The work of this paper includes the following aspects:The paper summarizes the state of art of the motor and its control scheme at home and abroad.The advantages and disadvantages of the existing control schemes are analyzed.The initial scheme of flux weakening control combined with ADRC is selected.The flux-weakening control theory of the motor is studied.The effects of different flux-weakening control strategies of the motor are summarized,and the flux-weakening control strategy based on the feedforward method is selected.The mathematical model of the motor is built,and the specific scheme is designed.The optimization method of linear approximation calculation is adopted to improve the control scheme.The theory of the active disturbance rejection control is analyzed,and the structure of ADRC is introduced.The controller model applied to the speed loop is built in combination with the fluxweakening system.The method of feedforward control is used to compensate the torque of the ADRC to improve the controller.The control model is built in MATLAB/Simulink.The flux-weakening control system,the ADRC control system,and the improved ADRC system are simulated and compared respectively,and the superiority of the performance of the control scheme proposed in this paper is verified.A hardware control circuit and a software system are designed based on the STM32 control core.Experiments and comparative studies are carried out on the above control schemes in terms of overshoot,response,jitter,etc.The results of experiments verified that the control scheme has a better control effect on the high power density PMSM used in MEA.
