Nowadays,saving resources and protecting the environment has become the consensus of all countries.New energy vehicles are the product of green development in the automotive field.As the power core of new energy vehicles,motor and its drive system has always been a research hotspot.At present,in the field of new energy vehicles,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is used as driving motor due to its outstanding performance.In the actual scene,in order to meet the high-speed driving requirements of new energy vehicles,it is necessary to speed up the permanent magnet synchronous motor with flux weakening.Therefore,it is necessary to study the flux weakening control strategy.In this context,based on the traditional flux weakening control method,this paper selects the negative direct axis current compensation algorithm to fully study it.Aiming at the problems of slow current regulation and weak disturbance immunity of the control system,this paper improves and optimizes it,designs a new flux weakening control method,and verifies it with simulation and hardware experimentsFirstly,from the mathematical model and vector control method of PMSM,the basic principle of flux weakening control is described,and the traditional flux weakening control method is modularized,and the cross axis current distribution method is optimized.Then,aiming at the inherent problems of the speed loop PI regulator,the PI regulator is replaced by the active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC).Combined with vector control technology and voltage space vector pulse width modulation technology,the flux weakening control block diagram of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on ADRC is designed.Then,the model of flux weakening control system is built in matlabgsimulink,and the start-up test and anti-interference test are carried out under the surface mounted and built-in PMSM models to verify the feasibility of the method.Then,the different flux weakening control methods based on ADRC and PI regulator are compared to verify the superiority of the flux weakening control method designed in this paper.Finally,the hardware control platform of the system is designed and built,the software control program is run offline on the DSP chip TMS320F28335,and the joint debugging of software and hardware of the system is completed.The feasibility of the flux weakening control scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on ADRC is verified under the experimental conditions.Software simulation and hardware experimental data show that the flux weakening control scheme designed in this paper is simple and has strong flux weakening ability,so that the motor can quickly and stably reach the target speed,the whole flux weakening operation process is smooth without overshoot,and it can still quickly recover its running speed under external interference conditions;The PMSM flux weakening control system based on this method has good dynamic and steady-state performance,which can effectively combine the robustness and load carrying capacity of flux weakening control,and is applicable to different PMSM models,which provides ideas for subsequent engineering applications.
