Theoretical line loss is not only an important technical and economic indicator, butalso is the main sign of the electric power enterprise management level. Becausetheoretical line loss calculation and analysis is a daily work in power grid enterprise andsmart grid develops rapidly, the demand for line loss calculation is higher and higher, suchas high frequency which leads to high demand for data acquisition. At present, abnormaldata acquisition, such as data error and data loss are the main reasons that affects currenthigh frequency line loss calculation. This paper focus on the abnormal data acquisitionproblem, the main research contents and the progress made are as follows:First of all, based on the summary of abnormal collection in line loss calculation,identification method of state estimation and power flow calculation, this paper studied thecurrent application and research situation of abnormal collection showing that there arestill some defects in dealing with abnormal collection.Secondly, discrete Bacterial Colony Chemotaxis (BCC) is used to identify switchinformation. This paper established the model of topology analysis, measurementgeneration and DC power flow calculation based on the definition of discrete variable.Switch information discrete variable evaluation index which related to the measurementuncertainty is derived from measurement matrix and dc power flow calculation results.Based on discrete BCC algorithm, this paper put forward a discrete update mechanism,and the method to optimize the variable which can identify and correct switch informationmore specific and faster than ever before.Then, in order to ensure the correctness of electric energy metering system andpositioning error data, this paper put forward a theory based on the uncertainty ofmeasurement which using the method of optimization algorithm to estimate daily power.Train of thought of day power estimation is formatted based on dc power flow calculationmodel and the theory of measurement uncertainty. Day power evaluation function is given,which is established based on the uncertainty of measurement of power optimizationestimation model, estimation steps are given using BCC optimization algorithm.Numerical example results show the feasibility of the method. Then, this paper uses branch power as alternatives of partial injection power forpower flow calculation considering the lack of injection power. Expanded-Power flowcorrection equations which include Branch power equation was deduced. At the same time,coefficient matrix method is put forward which selects the alternatives from the branchpower, and the criterion for the solvability of power flow calculation is established. Finally,the overall processes of the algorithm and example simulation are given. The results showthat coefficient matrix and expanded-power flow calculation can solve the problem ofimperfection of raw data acquisition.Finally, Aimed at solving the problems of the incomplete data acquisition of anelectric energy management system for a provincial network company, the line losscalculation program is designed based on extended power flow and theoretical line losscalculation software is developed. Practical application results show that the improvedextended power flow calculation is practical and effective to deal with the abnormalacquisition problem.
