Study On High－rise Architecture For Living And Business Design For In-city Village Reconstruction In Xi’an City

In-city Village is a countryside phenomenon and exists in all Chinese cities. On theone hand, just because the in-city villages’house management confusion and cityfoundation establishment lacking, house disorder, sanitation worse，living environmentworse, security question is becoming serious more and more in in-city villages, on theother hand, there is lots of history culture reserved and Chinese old tradition continued.As a kind of living environment, in-city village is different from village and city, how tobecom a part of city really, we cannot solve the problem only by the rebuild method.The in-city village reconstruct not only solve the problem such as the villagers’livingcondition, the city sight, the city development, but also the problem such as the villagersemployment, the division of rich and poor, the social stratum division, and ensure thevillagers ‘profit is not be damaged.This paper takes Xi’an city as case, adopts methods of field survey, visit andquestionnaire, goes deep into individual survey on the ground of surveying at large,mainly study on in-city village’s evolvement, the corrent condition and reconstructcodition in the aspect of space. Puts forward that in-city village is the result of villageautomatic urbanlization without city planning, affims that the small business street inin-city village is important; analysizes the business space arrangement and businessfunction composing. Summarize the experience and lecture that in-city villagereconstructed by the means of high-rise architecture of dwelling and business, advancesthe reconstruct theory, studies on the function organization of high－rise architecture ofdwelling and business design for in-city village reconstruct, the business space and thedwelling space design. At last, summarize the main studies result, which can give some reference to theresearch of in-city villages.
