| As one of the ultra-large open-pit coal mine in China, Heidaigou Coal Mine’s production capacity has now exceeded 30 million tons. With the rapid increase of its production scale, all the production units are under unprecedented pressure especially in that the level of its production technology limits the improvement of production efficiency and engineering quality. Thus, improving the existing production technologies stand out as the first priority, among which the blasting design technology, as the first part of the rock stripping in open-pit mine, must be further improved and optimized in view of its great impact on the subsequent mining and transportation efficiency. At present, there is no professional design software applying at home, we can only rely on AutoCAD mapping and WORD editing. In addition, since the geological information and the rock properties of the mine are not clear, the low efficiency and poor design restricts the further improvement of the blasting quality. Despite the fact that Heidaigou Coal Mine adopted the Shotplus software of Orica for the mine blasting design, mismatch between the software operation flow and the actual working flow led directly to the failure of meeting the new demand.In order to solve the problems of technological backwardness, low efficiency and incomplete function in the design of open pit coal mine, the designing and simulating system of open-pit blasting in the National High-tech Research and Development Program(2007AA06Z131) was successfully developed in 2012. The system is a powerful, complex structure of large-scale intelligent designing software, the main functions include: determining the design parameters according to geological data, three-dimensional graphics processing platform for research, blasting intelligent designing and optimizing, blast simulating and effect analysing, blast design document generating and outputting, etc..1. Abandon the traditional practice of using object-oriented API model provided by AutoCAD, and base on the actual needs of the deep hole blasting design of open-pit coal mine, the general three-dimensional graphics processing system of open-pit coal mine with independent intellectual property is developed by 3D display technology. The graphic platform is developed from the bottom layer, which has the independent intellectual property rights. It has the function of drawing, editing, displaying, and so on. The software can help to design basic graphic units, such as point, line, curve, polygon, text, and blasting special primitives, such as hole, attachment, and line of slope, slope of the bottom line, slope surface, coal roof in 3D space. The graphic platform can be observed from the perspective of a variety of graphical projection, including looking, looking up, left, right, front, rear, East- West and South- North, northeast to southwest, Northwest- southeast. The software has the function of adjusting the angle of the display, and can be rotated and translated in the 3D space to find the right way to display.2. The system provides scientific management for geological exploration drilling information, contour information and geological conditions in mining production process, as an important reference for blasting design and construction organization. The system can dynamically update the geological information database and graphics library in real time. It will generate, store and display the data in different categories according to different classifications, which can be automatically generated, stored and displayed; In the process of blasting design, the type, distribution range, volume, and mechanical parameters of the rock mass in the specified region are automatically identified and processed; According to the instruction of the various functional modules of the blasting design, automatic inquiry and processing of graphic objects(including drawing and graphics, etc.), and automatic processing of the relevant graphics boundaries as well as statistical analysis of the relevant properties.3. Based on the real-time data provided by the geological information management system, the intelligent designing system of deep hole bench blasting is developed. In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of blasting design, so that it can reach the level of practicality, the software has intelligent blasting parameters selection, blast hole layout design of District, charge structure design, blasting network design, blasting parameters feedback adjustment, the blasting process simulation, explosive consumption calculation and other functions. And it can automatically output the blasting plan of the hole layout, the length of the hole, the charge structure, initiation network diagram, the initial rock of the initial movement direction of the rock, blasting hole loading calculation, blasting design manual and other documents.4. In order to predict the cast blasting effect in open-pit coal mine, developing the cast blasting pile shape simulation system, he system can predict the blasting parameters of blasting area blasting pile shape, casting rate, loose coefficient etc.; simulate the blasting process according to the delay interval of the blasting; display different charge structure, initiation point and connection mode; analysis blasting pile shape profile, side impact and back impact in different positions of different blasting schemes. At the same time, by adjusting the parameters of the simulation results, the optimization of the blasting design parameters is optimized.5. In order to realize the function of data exchange between different subsystems, the data interface system is developed. Using Acess as the software database, blasting basic data can be read directly from the TXT/DAT file and imported into the database; The database of blasting design data and blasting results can be exported to the Word file or Excel form, easily to view and edit. It can be used to realize data exchange and display function with common graphics software AutoCAD; Pictures are saved in JPG format, so that they can be opened and printed by ordinary image software.The practice in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine shows that the system establishment and application of open-pit mine blasting intelligent design, simulation and optimization, can greatly improve the cast blasting design and blasting effect, give full play to the role of dragline stripping technology, and greatly improve the efficiency of open-pit mine production. The research results are among the most advanced ones, home and abroad, which formed dragline overcastting technology comprehensive mining process design theory, design method and key technology, filled a blank in China’s open-pit coal mining areas, greatly improved the open-pit coal mining technology and equipment level, and had great impact upon open-pit mines for throwing blasting in China. Furthermore, it can promote the application of mine information analysis and application, mine geological prospecting and management, mine production design, assessment and monitoring, mine engineering simulation and decision making, and so on. Besides, it can also be applied in the field of transportation, construction, water and electricity, energy and other fields,with spectacular benefits of promoting the development of our country’s resources and making important contributions to the sustained and steady development of China’s economy as well as society. |
