The Study Of Ecological Environment Financial Compensation Of Snngzao Mining Area In Chongqing

The paper analyzed the ecological environment compensation amount in Songzao based on thestudy of the landscape pattern, the ecological environment effect, forest and grassland ecosystemsand land ecological reclamation. Using the statistics and remote sensing data, according to thegeographical space information and landscape ecology, the variation of the land use, landecological pattern and vegetation coverage in the study area were obtained. The land landscapewas designed by referring to the ecological environment planning and economic developmentplanning data of the study area, by which the reclamation area of dry land and paddy field weredetermined. A suitable ecological environment loss evaluation index system was established bythe field survey and the previous studies, using statistics data and landscape planning conclusion,and then some results were calculated by it, which are the amount of ecological compensation perton that should be extracted, the total economy loss of ecological environment and resident instudy area due to the exploitation of coal resources during the period1999-2008. Finally, thecomparative analysis of the amount of compensation among the Chongqing, Shanxi, and Fuxinwas carried on according to the above conclusion, and which provides a scientific basis fordecision-making for the relevant government departments.
