It has been recognized that environmental issues related to political, economic and every aspect of society which is more and more closer with the natural environment, geography, biology, physics, chemistry, medicine, economics, statistics, engineering and so on. Solely relying on technology, academic research and social policy can not completely solve the current environmental problems, this understanding changes, greatly facilitated the development of cross-disciplines such as eco-economic, ecological engineering, environmental engineering, environmental ethics. In order to meet the development needs of environmental protection and management, ecosystem health has become a new area of the study of applied ecology in recent years. The author hopes to bring the theory of the ecological health to the study of the Bay ecological theory to study the environmental situation in the Bay and explore the key issues of affecting the Bay ecosystem balance and causing damage to ecosystems. The focus of this study include the following aspects:1, study the importance of the Bay in ecosystem health, establish a marine pollution prevention mechanisms, repair and control measures to keep the Bay ecosystem health.2, analyze the sensitivity of the Bay ecosystem which is polluted, take a scientific assessment of trends in the Bay ecosystem and reduce pollution and destruction of ecosystems to maintain the diversity of the Bay.3, improve and promote the method of the use of the Bay ecosystem health evaluation, focusing on the screening assessment of the Bay ecosystem health indicators, bring ecosystem health assessment method to the Bay management, make a scientific assessments for the ecological status of the Bay and strengthen pre-warning, in order to provide a scientific theory to control the ecological and restoration of resources.4,form concepts of coordinated land and sea management of marine and environmental protection, to form new ideas of linkage of land and sea and environmental protection. From the mechanism of organic link land and sea departure, by means of evaluation theory and method of ecosystem health of home and abroad, as well as the application of the theory of land, minerals, forests, lakes and basins, starting from the Bay ecological problems, this thesis research is to obtain the results of the following aspects:1 illustrate that major changing factors of Ecology environment effects on the ecosystem health near the Laizhou BayEvery year,Rivers with a large number of sewage and pollutants go into the sea.COD, nitrogen and phosphorus go into the sea mainly through Xiaoqing, Zhangweixin River, Mi River, causing pollution of the Laizhou Bay, so that ecological function deteriorate. Nitrogen and phosphorus pollution, salinity changes, over-fishing, had a significant impact on the ecological environment, and they were main factors caused ecology unhealth near the Laizhou Bay.2 assessed ecosystem health status and processed prc-warning theory near the Laizhou BayThe water quality of Laizhou Bay are polluted by nutrients, petroleum and COD, so water environment has a higher degree of eutrophication, and inorganic nitrogen pollution on water quality is the largest contribution to eutrophication. Exceeding of phosphate and COD has also exacerbated the extent of eutrophication in the Estuary and bottom of the xiaoqing river. Laizhou Bay biological community structure is less than 1, especially Phytoplankton diversity index, abundance value is low and It is significantly lower than those in other waters. Zooplankton is in the sub-healthy state; and benthic diversity is less than 1, Intertidal biological resources has lower density especially high-quality fish resources.Ecosystem health evaluation results near the Laizhou Bay show that It is healthy in May 2004, It is the sub-healthy in Augus; It is sub-healthy in May 2006, It is unhealthy in August. The main factor which leading to unhealth include pollution, reduction of runoff, overfishing. Pre-warning levels calculated according to the results of the assignment is divided into primary, secondary, tertiary.3 Calculate the capacity of the typical environmental pollutants near the Laizhou BayAccording to monitoring, pollution directly into the sea is 32 in 2005 in the Laizhou Bay, the regional waste water directly discharged into the massive is 293 million tons every year, pollutants directly into the sea is 649.5 million tons every year; sewage directly discharged into the sea into Laizhou Bay is 20,000 tons every year, accounting for 69.7% of the total quantity of sewage into the sea. pollutants discharged into the sea straight into the sea is 3507.847 tons every year.78 million tons COD,86.3 thousand tons total nitrogen,6,000 tons total phosphorus go into The Laizhou Bay in 2005, and phosphorus pollution is serious than nitrogen. The introduction of hydrodynamic simulation methods, it use Ecomsed model of two-dimensional and three-dimensional hydrodynamic calculations, according to water quality standard (GB3097-1997), COD reached Grade 2 standard, the phosphate concentration reach 1 standard water quality overall. Self-purification capacity of COD is 312,336 tons every year by hydrodynamic transportation; self-purification capacity of phosphate is 2949.17 tons every year, it meet 1 standard water quality of 1053.276 tons every year in the Laizhou Bay.4 raise the Management Measures of improving the Laizhou Bay and adjacent waters of ecosystem health statusCombination of Laizhou Bay regional eco-environment and socio-economic status, a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the factors which is through the adjacent waters of the Laizhou Bay ecosystem health, according to ecosystem health diagnosis, focus on the uplift caused by salinity spawning grounds, habitat such damage; nitrogen pollution caused by ecological disasters (red tides); overfishing led to the decline of fisheries resources; sewage pollution in waters near estuaries result; alien species invasion, and other issues, propose control measures which focused on legislation, planning, integrated management, marine bio-biodiversity, marine ecosystem management and restoration of resource, environmental protection and pollution by the appropriate pre-warning management.
