Ecosystem Health Assessment And Protection Construction Of Three River Sources In Jilin Province

Valley refers to the catchment area which is surrounded by a watershed,with clear boundary scope of.Along with the height development of the economic and social,water resource utilization,combined with the water pollution emissions intensity also increase,our country river basin ecological environment has become complicated and fragile.Due to artificially change,the basin has many issues in species diversity decrease,ecological function degradation,water quality,different degree of pattern of space and time,river basin ecosystem has a more and more important influence on the health of human life and the economic and social sustainable development.Jilin province is one of the most abundant water resources in our province region of three rivers,years of average rainfall is 600 ~ 900 mm,area has many rivers,including the Songhua river,the Yalu and the Tumen river water system,is the birthplace of drainage in Jilin province and northeast,mountain drainage density and surface runoff were bigger,is very rich in hydropower resources.In temperature and humidity regulation,degradation of pollutants,to cut the greenhouse effect,prevent floods,and play an important role in aspects of soil and water conservation,and so on the ecosystem health evaluation is particularly important.Based on the source area of Jilin province as the research object,based on the theory of ecosystem health,using the analytic hierarchy process,comprehensive consideration of watershed hydrology,climate,landscape,agricultural development,infrastructure and environmental protection engineering construction condition,water resource utilization and pollution status,the situation of river basin ecological environment,etc.,set up in Jilin province three river watershed ecosystem health evaluation index system.Habitat structure,aquatic organisms and water ecological pressures,ecological landscape and ecological function and land ecological pressure information,such as Jilin province three river watershed ecosystem health for the health evaluation,and the pollution control engineering and ecological compensation,strengthen the comprehensive improvement of the river basin water environment,ecological restoration,environmental management and environmental monitoring,strengthening the support of science and technology,information disclosure and public supervision mechanism of protecting source river basin of Jilin province health management countermeasures and Suggestions,for Jilin province three river basin ecological environment protection and sustainable development to provide technical support.The results show that Jilin province three river basin ecological health is good,the waters of the evaluation of land is relatively better results.Development of soil and water loss,unreasonable causes of soil degradation and external interference on the ecological system health caused great influence.
