The physiological and biochemical reactions of creature in the electromagnetic field are related to the biology and the electromagnetism and many other disciplines. Creature formed by a variety of elements. There are a large number movements of charges in Organisms. With the development of electronic industry, there are more and more electromagnetic wave and electromagnetic radiation. Organisms must be affected in a variety of electromagnetic fields. This dissertation presents an overview of the various biological effects of magnetic field, analyze the biological effect mechanism of the stimulated by magnetic field. Through the experiments, the author of this dissertation detecte the biological effect of electromagnetic field on many sides.According to experiments, this dissertation designed two magnetic field stimulators and a signal amplifying device. One of these is a strong magnetic field stimulator which is able to output a single pulse and continuous pulse strong magnetic field stimulator; and another is the low intensity magnetic field stimulator. According to the biological signal characteristics, this dissertation designed the animal ECG signal amplification and collecting device, to meet the requirements of biological experiments in this dissertation.In our experiments, toads, rabbits and rats were opened the thoracic cavity. We used magnetic field to stimulate animal hearts, then explored the biological effects of myocardial cell function with magnetic field. Animal heart rate (HR), left ventricular ejection time (ET), myocardial contraction amplitude (AD) function were detected, the results showed that strong pulsed magnetic stimulation can enhance myocardial cell contractile function, while the animal heart rate also have certain stimulative effect. There was a "window effect". The experimental results provided experimental evidence.for substituting the magnetic stimulation for the electric stimulation on cardiac cardioversion and defibrillationThis dissertation uses the MTT method, DNA electrophoretic method and Flow cytometry (FCM) to detect the infection of magnetic stimulation on cell proliferation and apoptosis. MTT colorimetry test was performed to detect the eeffet of the SMF on the vitalities of eclls.The MTT experimental results show that power frequency magnetic field stimulation can promote the cell proliferation rate of the role, but the effect is nonlinear. The cell roliferation effect is correlated with the magnetic field intensity and time. Cell DNA agar gel electrophoresis experiments did not appear characteristic ladder band of cell apoptosis. There was a "window effect". Flow cytometry (FCM) was utilized to a anlyze the cell cycles and the cellcycles and celapoptosis rates of cells.The experimental results do not support the inducing cells apoptosis of the power frequency magnetic field.In this dissertation, the bioinformatics of the nucleic acid sequence and amino acid sequence of protein HPRT which is sensitive for radiation were researched. The HPRT nucleic acid and protein of evolutionary homology of different species at the molecular level were discussed, and the molecular phylogenetic trees were constructed. The gradient strength of power frequency magnetic field were used to continually stimulate the human gastric cancer cells. The genes of magnetic stimulation susceptibility protein HPRT in the cells of the experimental group were extracted. The gene sequence and compare the test results were analyzed with international gene. Comparison of the results showed there is no bp mutation. This result shows ther frequency magnetic field stimulation is safe on organism in the gradient magnetic field intensity and effect time of this dissertation. There is not gene mutation on the cells molecular level.In this dissertation we use biological detection methods on human lymphocytes telomerase activity analysis.In this experiment PHA and rhIL-2were adopted to stimulate human peripheral blood lymphocytes. These results suggest that the increase of the telomerase activity depends on JAK signaling pathway. Elevated telomerase activity is due to the increase of hTERT protein expression, while the hTERT is due to the increase of hTERT mRNA expression levels. The results of the experiments show that these activities also depend on the JAK signal pathway. This study provides evidences about the telomerase activity and hTERT regulation mechanism.Finally, this dissertation summarizes the previous work, prospects and plans the future work.
