The Study Of Capability Evaluation Of Enterprise Information System In MIE Environment

In the era of manufacturing informatization engineering and networks time, the self-improvement and development degree of information system crucially signifies the modernization of an enterprise, and to whom, it is vitally important to investigate and analyse the capability of its information system in order to sustain a growing competitiveness and keep the competitive advantage. Hence this thesis, taking the capability evaluation of enterprise information system as its major concern, aims to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, to provide a quantitative basis for the capability demonstration of the information system, and to offer some references to the enterprise management and the innovation of the business philosophy.The thesis firstly tries to explore the significance of the capability of information system, under the background of MIE and with the development of the informatization, networks and enterprise itself, to the sustainable and growing competitiveness of an enterprise and its specific application circumstances, and manages to discover the breakthrough point of the capability evaluation of information system.Secondly, from the conception of the information system, the thesis, probing into the whole process of the information system dealing with information from the perspective of information, defines the information ability and efficacy level of the information system, establishes the evaluation model, and makes the evaluation research on both qualitative and quantitative.Thirdly, by establishing the three-dimensional evaluation model of the information ability of the information system on the basis of the resilience of the information system, the thesis sets up the appraise index system of the information ability, and by the quantitative analysis through mathematical methods, examines the resilience of the information system perceiving the internal and external environment of the enterprise.Fourthly, by adopting fuzzy synthetic evaluation algorithm, the thesis sets up the appraise index system through making evaluation research on the efficacy level from the process of information system dealing with information, and by adopting fuzzy AHP to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators, establishes evaluation model for the quantitative analysis and then checks the efficacy level of the information system, thus offers the quantitative basis for the improvement of the enterprise information system and the innovation of the enterprise management philosophy.At the end, by the adoption of the above mentioned result, Group K and Group H are targeted to perform the case study of the capability evaluation of the information system based on information. The result of the case study will tell the problems that exists in the capability of the information system from the perspective of information management and therefore the improvement strategy and programme will be targeted to put forward, and meanwhile will prove the important guiding function of the evaluation model and quantitative express on the information ability and efficacy level of the information system from the perspective of information.
