Building A Harmonious Society The Fair Distribution Of Research

Distributive justice possesses different connotations for countries with different economic systems and at different social development stages. There is not a common pattern being applied universally in the world, while human beings have never stopped to pursue it. Communist Party of China built up a country for justice. From the foundation of People's Republic of China to the reforming and opening in 1978, although the distribution rule regarding one's performance had been promoted, the assignment taking various equalitarianism and impartial characteristic had been a dominant position in practice. It resulted in that the laborers'enthusiasm for production had restrained, social production efficiency had been damaged, and social poverty had been brought about. After the reform and opening policy, our country have abandoned this mode of distribution, and put another mode into effect of combining remuneration according to work and production factors. It has mobilized people's enthusiasm for production and promoted the development productivity, but the income gap has come to be an unceasingly maximum field. Therefore, from different angles and sides a lot of scholars have started to carry out concrete researches on the income distribution gap of our country and gained some achievements. Without any doubt, study on our national distributive justice is a brand-new problem theoretically and practically. Based on this, an effort to provide some reference and lessons in socialism distribution justice with Chinese characteristics is made from t he multidisciplinary, many angle and multilayer.Full text contains six chapters.The first chapter is introduction, summarizing significance, current situation research approaches, innovations and deficiency of the chosen topic.The second chapter has discussed the theoretical basis of harmonious social distributive justice mainly, has expounded the utopian socialism theory distributive justice taking Saint-Simon, Fu Li Ye, Erwin as representatives, sorted out theory system of Max, Engels, Lenine and Stalin, and discussed the related theory of our Party's three-generation leaders Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jin Tao.Third chapter has discussed the reality basis of harmonious social distributive justice. Carrying out distributive justice is not only human being's pursuit but also the results of reality development. Large population, weak foundation and backward productivity together with unbalanced economy development, national labor force surplus, low national civilian culture quality are the fundamental realities of our country to practice distributive justice; Development of socialist market economy, gradually enlarged assignment gaps between city and countryside, areas and industries, with various inactive influence are the real distribute choice into practice.The fourth chapter has focused on the principles for distributive justice in a harmonious society. Effectuation assignment fairness can't be separated from the principle direction which can truly put distribute into real effect. The Second is to perfect socialism welfare system. The Third is to perfect primary distribution system. The forth is to need to perfect redistribute system. The Fifth is to ask perfect the third time distribute system. And the sixth is to create chances for common people to own property income.
