Research On The County's Tourism Industry Development Based On PPT Strategy

The economic development of poor areas contain many restrictions, those areas who have not resources superiority ,if they choose to develop industry,they will encounter difficulties such as talented person, fund, management, scale and so on,this may cause them to lose comparison superiority. In addition,if the poor areas development industry blindly, it is very easy to break their natural environments,that will harm the loca'sl sustainable development ability.In the 1980s, some old minority, chose to develop tourism, had made great progress on eliminate poverty ,caused the positive social impact. In the late 1980s, Tourism was officially integrated in the national economy and the social development, some poor areas which have high quality tourism resources got financial support, started to development tourism resources, promoted the local economy development.The development of tourism has the very strong developing potentiality and benefits the society, the economy,and the environment, some areas who have the tourism resources superiority are positively to carry on the tourism development, had made great progress on eliminating poverty. the emphasis on tourism development of poor area is the economic target, poor area's economic development is regarded as the most important goal. However, the local people lacks the ability to develop, in the process of developing tourism, possibly presents"Tourism feidi"and the insteading competition, which deepened the impoverishment of social stratum, replaceing the goal of eliminating poverty, not only have the local people not profited from the development of tourism, but also must undertake the price of the tourism development. Therefore, the benefit and development of local people have gradually becomed the key question on the exploration and theory research of tourism eliminating poverty .according to the concept of (DFID) who proposed Pro-poor Tourism (PPT), how in the key elaboration poor area tourism development to implement the PPT strategy, thus realizes the stricken people to profit.The full text is divided into four parts, namely introduction, theory elaboration ,theory research and case analysis.The introduction part elaborates the research background, the research content and the frame, the innovation emphatically as well as the research significance.The theory elaboration part selective analysis PPT strategy's operational mechanism, by second, third chapters is composed. The second chapter has carried on the summary to the domestic and foreign PPT fundamental research, and analyzed and summarized the PPT related support theory. The third chapter first reviewed the domestic and foreign traveling poverty relief practice experience, and has carried on the comparative analysis on the PPT idea and the domestic traveling poverty relief development. Received, this chapter embarks from the traveling multiplicator theory, has analyzed the traveling poverty relief economic effect emphatically.The theory research part is the third part ,including the fourth ,fifth,sixth and seventh charpters. The fourth chapter main elaboration traveling poverty relief feasibility study, implements PPT from three aspects to the poor area the feasibility to carry on the analysis emphatically, first develops the tourism basic requirement analysis, mainly includes the resources condition analysis, the position traffic conditions, the source of tourists market condition, the policy environment and the management system five aspects; Then, this chapter from the economy, the society and the environment three aspects implemented the PPT strategy to the poor area the opportunity cost to carry on the analysis; Finally, this article creatively proposed the poor area implements the PPT strategy the decision analysis method.
