With the rapid growth of China's national economy and social development, income of urban residents is growing, gradually raise the standard of living, making people's leisure time has been a large increase in the population, more and more concerned about the improved quality of life. The need to pursue the spiritual life of leisure consumption has become an important aspect of social life. South Korea as Asia's most economically developed regions, due to limited land, limited resources, in 1998 after the Asian economic crisis, South Korea's economy dependent on the resumption of South Korea attaches importance to cultural development, tourism and leisure industry.Although China and South Korea have different national conditions, economic development model also has some differences, but South Korea's economic development, national recreation and leisure, as well as changes in demand for the service management model , the successful experience will be able to provide recreation reference to China, especially front-line cities in economically developed China like Beijing and Shanghai, has been rapidly into the leisure economy.In this paper, the main line of study is mainly through qualitative research, leisure services around the customer experience South Korea and leisure services sector, compared the establishment of leisure services sector, customer experience management.From the economics, management theory research covers point of view of leisure services, customer experience management.The core part is leisure services sector, pattern, composition, content, in particular from the related industries as well as the actual Xianping Butterfly Festival case in South Korea,then extracted leisure patterns in the development of the service industry which can be fully integrated with China's national conditions.Based on that, build the ultimate customer experience management analysis processes and customer experience management model.In this paper, the leisure-customer experience management process analysis and management, the key point are customer experience survey, contacting experience, assessment of the effect ,and optimizing the innovation process.The target of this experience model cycle is to create an effective experience which can be remembered,branded and contrasted.
