Model Analysis On Basic Character Of Regional Financial Eco-System

In the course of China financial industry development, financial risk is now gradually standing out as one of the key exposure of various economic risks. When examing the causes of financial risk, from the financial body's perspective, it relates with the financial institutions, financial markets and financial supervision institutions; from the financial environment's perspective, it has been affected not only by the hard restrains that resulted in consuming financial products and services, but also by the soft restrains that rooted in social, economic, legal and cultural environment. The relationship between the body and the environment depicted as " financial eco-system" is undoubtedly in a scientific category to display its basic character. Studying on the financial eco-system, it not merely attributes to a full understanding of systematic financial operation and its correlation with social surroundings. Furthermore, it builds a solid know-how foundation to forecast and manage financial risk, to improve the quality of financial assets and increase the operational efficiency of financial institutions.This paper, based on the existed academic documents, firstly begins with the elaboration of the basic character of financial eco-system in measurement model method, then determines its variable and its composition and relevancy by disassembling every financial elements, finally proposes an index system aiming to measure the financial eco-system, and then validating some basic character performed by financial eco-system in form of questionnaire. The demonstration method both in theory and experience has been adopted to analyze the financial eco-system. In the theory demonstration part, the study starts with concepts, pointing out the basic character and evaluation framework of financial eco-systm. hence setting up its measurement equation. After having constructed the survey equation and the structural equation, may carry on indexing processing to each parameter, thus obtains to the finance ecosystem evaluating indicator system.Its conceptual model is the establishment in the documents analysis foundation, from this proposed that the theory hypothesis and the hypothesis prerequisite, and carries on the recognition and the confirmation through the establishment structural equation to the survey model, this is this article experience demonstration. After all the basic work accomplished, combined with financial work pratice, it raises a feasible countermeasure and relevant policy suggestions.This paper has three new contributions: (1) The paper explores deeply the basic character of financial eco-system, not only bringing forward four basic concepts that includes openness, circuit cycle, development and duration, but also giving a detailed explanation in operational and quantitative analysis, and applying with the demonstration method, both in theory and experience. (2) The paper builds up a index evaluation system for the regional financial eco-system that combines the four basic character of the financial eco-system, and quantifies the factors that take effect in its openness, circuit cycle, development and duration. Underneath this four basic index, it sets up secondary index, and go on and on, until forming one evaluation index system that is hierachical, relevant, raliable and compatible. (3)To make sure the establishment of basic character in regional financial system, the paper provides a cause-and-effect chart for openness, circuit cycle, development and duration, and illustrates every correlation among them. Based on that, it brings forward and test empirically theoretical hypothesis of financial eco-system.
