The too much income disparities among different industries has drawn the attentions from all walks of life, but the quantitative researches in the academic world with some systematic methods on such problem are rare, and most of the current literatures are researches based the view of system factors. After carrying on somewhat systematic statistic research on the income disparities among different industries in Zhejiang province, with the theory of human capital as orientation, this paper makes research on the influences and effect of the human capital on the income disparities among different industries, in order to fulfill and improve the application researches of human capital theory on the problem of income distribution of different industries.This paper consists of 9 chapters: Chapter 1 is an introduction, which introduces the research background, the meaning of choosing such thesis, the research thoughts, the research methods, the main innovations, and the overview of relevant domestic and abroad research literatures; Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis of the whole research, which expounds the human capital theory, wage theory, and income disparities among different industries theory based the view of human capital; Chapter 3 makes statistic research on the income disparities among different industries in Zhejiang province and summarize the main characteristics; Chapter 4 discusses the forming mechanism of the income disparities among different industries from both of the theory explanations an empirical tests; Chapter 5 carries on the theoretical research and empirical analysis on the economic effects of the income disparities among different industries; Chapter 6 discusses the influence of human capital on the income disparities among different industries from theoretical and empirical aspects; Chapter7 analyzes the relations among human capital investment and income disparities among different industries and makes empirical research on the relations among human capital investment and income disparities among different industries from education investment, professional training investment, medical health caring investment, human capital circulation and allocation in the process of human capital formation; Chapter 8 is the causes analysis of the human capital disparities among different industries; Chapter 9 makes conclusion and prospection of this paper, discusses the policy suggestions on how to decrease the income disparities among different industries based on the point of human capital and combined with the other causes of the income disparities among different industries.The main innovations of this paper are: Firstly, the research viewpoint of this paper is different with the usual systematic factors. Based on the distinctive competitive factor viewpoint of human capital, with the income distribution of the specially designated Zhejiang province as the research object, this paper make deep discussion and empirical analysis on the influence of human capital on the income disparities among different industries, hoping to fulfill the human capital theories, extend and improve the application of the human capital theories in the research on the income distributions; Secondly, this paper utilizes several statistic and econometrics analysis methods comprehensively to make systematic theoretical and empirical researches on the characteristics, forming mechanism and effects of income disparities among different industries; Thirdly, this paper not only adopts the medium data of industries wage in the statistics yearbook, but also acquires the macro data of industries income distribution by taking questionnaire survey. By utilizing the two resources as the data basis comprehensively, the results of the empirical result maintains somewhat accountability; Fourthly, by taking the industries income distribution of Zhejiang province as the research object, this paper has some representative effect. Zhejiang has energetic economy and abundant industries types. With different economic system and income distribution mode coexists in Zhejiang, choosing the industries income distribution of Zhejiang as the specific research object not only conforms to national conditions of China, but also has good representative effect, which is helpful to have a better understanding of the characteristics and forming mechanism of China's income disparities among different industries, and thereby put forward the adjusting measures to the income disparities among different industries that conforms to Zhejiang characteristics and China's country conditions, in order to decrease the ever-growing income disparities among different industries.The main conclusions of this paper are: Firstly, the result of estimating the industries income function of Zhejiang indicates that personal industries incomes of Zhejiang are affected by the human capital egien variables, industries engine variables and other relevant variables collectively; Secondly, the result of statistic measuring of the income disparities among different industries in Zhejiang shows that the income disparities among different industries in Zhejiang have a enlarging trends, the wages disparity of three big sector is the main contribution factor, and the non-wage income disparities among different industries are more serious; Thirdly, the result of estimating the model of income disparities among different industries in Zhejiang demonstrates the industries monopoly level, human capital level and sector gradation level have significant influence on the income disparities among different industries in Zhejiang; Fourthly, the result of testing the economic effects of income disparities among different industries in Zhejiang indicates that the income disparities among different industries is harmful to the whole development of Zhejiang economy not only in short term or medium term, but also in long term; Fifthly, by establishing econometric model to explore the influence of human capital on the income disparities among different industries of Zhejiang, the result shows the human capital level of the industries have some significant and important effects on the income disparities among different industries. Sixthly, the empirical research demonstrates that the increase of education investment and professional training investment shall result in the decrease of income disparities among different industries either in the short term or the medium and long term; the effect of medical health caring on the income disparities among different industries is positive in short term, but negative in medium term, and positive in total; besides, the circulation and allocation of human capital among different industries cannot reflect the principle of equality and efficiency, which also aggravates the income disparities among different industries; Seventhly, the causes analysis shows, industry level, degree of marketlization, and policy orientation have significant influences on human capital level of different industries, and the disparities of human capital investment aggravates the human capital disparities among different industries.
