Study On How To Integrate And Establish Supply Chain Of Special Forest Fruits In Xinjiang

With the development of forest fruit industry in Xinjiang, the forest fruit enterprises have to face the serious problems of market exploitation. Today, the competition is usually violent. In this era, the competitive situation has changed from competition between single enterprises to group to group. This paper arm to probe to combination agricultural clusters with farm product supply chain management Arm to study on the mode to cultivate the core subject of forest fruit supply chain and the force conditions to coordinate the relationship between the subjects of supply chain of forest fruits in order to provide policy recommendations on how to integrate and establish supply chain of special forest fruits in xinjiang.The paper employs the methods of combination theory research with investigation research, regulation research with empirical research, qualitative description with quantitative analysis. The paper has theory meaning that is it deepens agricultural clusters theory and improves theoretical basis for middle-small enterprises to practice supply chain management. The paper also has practical meaning which helps to improve the development of forestry industry in xinjiang by establishing and integrating forest fruit supply chain based on forestry industry cluster.In chapter2, the study shows there are interaction relationships between agricultural cluster and agricultural product supply chain. The paper gives a concept of agricultural cluster supply chain. The paper analyses the characteristics and organizational system and coo-petition of partners and the core competency to coordination of relationship of agricultural cluster supply chain.In chapter 3, the paper analyses status and problems exiting in forestry industry to integrate and estabalish forest fruits supply chain in xinjiang.The study shows that forest fruit production bases progressively forms the pattern of area delimits and layout and scale and specialization which establish basis for development special forest fruits clusters. The embryo of special forest fruits clusters have been established in some areas in xinjiang where special forest fruit industry develops quickly. There is practical foundation to establish and integrate cluster supply chain. But from all of the view, the mean forest fruit production areas in xinjiang have some problems, such as lack of subjects and short of industry chain and relationship discordance etc.In chapter 4, the paper characters meanly the mode of culturaling core subjects of cluster supply chain of forest fruit in xinjiang. Using cluster theory, the paper analyses inter–relationship between processing industry park and industry cluster. The paper analyses characteristics of logistics Park and logistics center and specialized wholesale market. The paper improves two modes of establish organization system of forest fruit supply chain in xinjiang based on the port characteristics of xinjiang and new direction of port logistics that is the mode of port logistics park or center and the mode of specialized wholesale market which have practical basis in xinjiang. This part also analysis typical case.In chapter 5, with the view of force pattern, this part analysis the force conditions to establish forest fruit supply chain of xinjiang. The study shows that it is important to enhance the strength of countryside circulation cooperative organization in order to coordinate relationship among peasant household and agribusiness firms. The conclusion can be generalized to the process of integrating supply chain in larger area when the forest fruit enterprises may face more strength co-partners. They must enhance strength in order to initiatively compete with them. Minimizing scarcity of agribusiness firms can revise the force unbalance among peasant household and agribusiness firms. It can promote industrial concentration and form multiple supply chain at local around multiple core subjects. Specific investment is the one means of regulation to keep stability of relationship among subjects of forest fruit supply chain in xinjiang. But introducing governance mechanism of social capital means such as policy arrangement and credit mechanism is also important.Chapter 6 is to fulfill the conclusion of force pattern. Study shows that brands have effect of coordination. Regional brand consists of geographical indication brand and green label brand and firm brand or product brands. The study shows that stong regional brands based on clusters contribute to enhance dependency of other local subjects to core enterprises and enhance strength of core enterprises to initiatively integrate supply chain in larger market. This part analysis the status of regional brands of forest fruit clusters in xinjiang and typical case.The last chapter improves policy countermeasures about how to cultivate core subjects and how to coordinate relationship among subjects of forest fruit supply chain in xinjiang.
