| At present,with the development of e-commerce and the upgrade of consumption,the new retail industry which combine modern logistics with the dual-channel under the combination of online and offline will be more in line with the trend of future business development.All the member in supply chain have opened up online channel to achieve multi-channel operations in order to meet the diverse need of consumers.However,channel diversification does not solve the problem of high cost and high loss in fruits and vegetables supply chain.Whether it is e-commerce channel or traditional retail channel,the problem of low efficiency and low profit in the fruits and vegetables supply chain still exist.This dissertation discussed the dual-channel centralized supply chain and dual-channel decentralized supply chain of fruits and vegetables inventory control model respectively,aiming to solve the following problems:(1)To solve the optimal inventory strategy of the dual channel centralized and decentralized supply chain of fruits and vegetables based on deterioration rate of three dimensional Weibull distribution and storage costs to changing with time.(2)Analyze of the changes of the optimal inventory policy for different types of fruits and vegetables have different rates of deterioration;analyze the difference of the optimal inventory strategy between fruit and vegetable supply chain with high price sensitivity and low price sensitivity;analyze impact of cross price coefficient between two channels on fruits and vegetables dual channel supply chain inventory policy;analyze the influence of storage costs changing with time on the overall profit and inventory cycle of dual channel supply chain.In order to solve the above problems,this dissertation studied as follows.First,this dissertation analyzed the change of inventory level in the dual-channel centralized supply chain and dual-channel decentralized supply chain of fruits and vegetables,and established the inventory control model.Secondly,through the demonstration of the model,for dual-channel centralized supply chain,there always exists the optimal inventory policy.But because of the complexity of the model,it is difficult to calculate the solution of the inventory cycle for dual-channel decentralized supply chain.By numerical simulation,we found that facing the same market conditions,the optimal inventory cycle of fruits and vegetables in dual-channel centralized supply chain is less than dual-channel decentralized supply chain,but the overall profits of the supply chain is more than that of the latter.Through the sensitivity analysis of key parameters in the model,we found that with the same price,when the deterioration rate of fruits and vegetables is higher,the supply chain inventory cycle is shorter and the overall profit of supply chain is smaller;the higher the price sensitivity of fruits and vegetables,the longer supply chain inventory cycle and the smaller the supply chain profit;when the cross price sensitivity coefficient is higher,the inventory cycle of the dual-channel centralized supply chain is shorter,but the supply chain profits is bigger;storage costs will lead to reduce of supply chain inventory cycle and total profit both in two supply chain. |
