To be able to handle each kind of international trade dispute, maintains our country' trade benefits, it is also required to found a folk social organization, who is not dependent on the government, duty right being tied, and both non_administration and non_enterprise, in every industry.As for our county' current situation, which exists under a situation of internationalization and market-oriented, the problem of disorderly severe competition between the main body and vacancy of micromanagement on agriculture, along with more main body entering the market and the government shifting its function, has become increasingly prominent. This requires those agricultural intermediary organization, such as the agricultural product profession association and the farmer specialized cooperative organization, to make a progress. Therefore, how to help the peasants to participate the competition in the domestic and abroad through establishing a standardized and highly effective Agricultural Product Industrial Association and guide "small farmers" into "big market", become an important issue, which urgently awaits to be resolved.
