With the economic globalization, market competition has becoming sharper and sharper. The personal requirements of customers have grown intensely, which leads to the dramatically change of the environment faced to enterprises. Forming virtual enterprise (VE), which is formed according to the market opportunities and dismissed with the fulfillment of tasks, is a necessary choice for enterprises. The performance, operation and development of VE are supported by information technology. Besides, corporate culture is inevitable. As the superstructure of an enterprise, corporate culture is one of the decisive factorc of its growth, which is of keen meaning to the development of enterprise. This dissertation aims to study how to construct a specific corporate culture of VE in order to win the market competition. It's vital to the success of VE. Therefore, the study is of the importance of theoretical and practical meaning.With a series of measures, such as borrowing relative theories, comparative analysis, empirical analysis, qualitative, quantitative analysis, this dissertation has studied the construction of corporate culture of VE. The main work and creativities of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Having compared the organization structure characteristics, operation, management, corporate culture between tranditional enterprises and VE characterized as virtual agile, this dissertation systematically put forward that the core culture of VE is of voluntarly moral bounds, democratic openness, dynamics and win-win compretitive ideas; The contents of VE is trust culture, team culture, mission culture and self-principle culture.(2) The discussion of the definition, type, structure, function, mode, research measures of corporate culture, and the relationship between corporate culture and performance of enterprises supplies the theorectical bases for the research of corporate culture of VE; The deep analysis of the cross-cultural theory and the motivative theory supplies the theorectical support to the construction of corporate culture of VE.(3) Having deeply studied the contents, strategies and evaluating index of the construction of corporate culture of VE, the cross-culture management strategies of the construction of corporate culture of VE is put forward. Through analyzing the designing difficulties, motivating principles of the performance of strategies, using the index evaluating system of relative documents and combining its own characteristics of VE, this dissertation contructs the index evaluating system of the construction of corporate culture of VE.(4) Through the empirical analysis of the contents, strategies, evalusting index of the construction of corporate culture of VE, this dissertation testifies the rationality and feasibility of the contents, strategies, evaluating index of the construction of corporate culture of VE. Besides, empirical analysis finds out that there exists relationship between coiporate culture of VE and its performance. If VE can construct a corporate culture adopting its environment, VE can reach to more rapid development. But nowadays, in VE, cross-culture management has not got enough attention.(5) Having studied the evaluation and evalusting measures of the construction situation of corporate culture of VE, considering the situation of the weight, this dissertation gives two evaluating measures and concrete steps to evaluate the construction of corporate culture of VE. The empirical analysis of San-Yi Group proves the rationality and validity of this evaluating measure. |
