Research On Quality Cooperation Of Global Supply Chain Based On Satisfaction

Economy globalization, development of IT, customer oriented business administration idea and attention on quality constitute the main research background. The thesis chooses the quality cooperation questions and probes into the field of global supply chain quality management from satisfaction.The concept of supply chain satisfaction is put forward based on theory of customer satisfaction. The concept of supply chain satisfaction is the dualism of member enterprises' role under supply chain operation, which means the member enterprises' dual role as a supplier and a customer. The supply chain satisfaction has double implications, one is final customers' satisfaction and the other is the members' satisfaction along supply chain. The concept of supply chain satisfaction degree is addressed. Two-stage supply chain satisfaction model composed of suppliers and manufacturers is developed to three-stage supply chain satisfaction model composed of suppliers, manufacturers and distributors, and to multi-stage supply chain satisfaction model further. Only satisfied and balanced supply chain can possess high stability and cooperate for long period. Therefore, the trends and results of supply chain operation should be its satisfaction and equilibrium.Quality cooperation of global supply chain is established in resources optimization of member enterprises and integration of supply chain. The goal of final customers' and supply chain members' satisfaction can be achieved by strategic collaboration and alliance, and improving entire quality. Quality cooperation of global supply chain is analyzed on theory from the characteristics of global supply chain and quality cooperation, TQM strategy and interface quality cooperation. The different influencing factors of global supply chain are discussed from aspects of environments and structure element. Global supply chain is classified by its length, width and span in terms of structure study. TQM is proposed as a guide to establish strategies for global supply chain TQM. The quality cooperation and management questions in supply chain interfaces are explained based on the elaboration of international business outsourcing interfaces, quality cooperation of international logistics interfaces and suppliers' quality management.Operation mechanism of global supply chain quality cooperation is studied from four aspects of organization guarantee, strategic collaboration and alliance, information support and risk control. Perfect organization to implement, coordinate and manage the quality of global supply chain is the united quality center of global supply chain. Integration, customers, integrating and communication are thought to be the basis to establish supply chain alliance based on IMC analysis. And correlation, acceptability, reaction, relation and recognition are taken as fundamental principles to establish supply chain alliance. Concept design for information system of global supply chain TQM is presented, and the difficulties in the implementation are pointed out. Quality risk factors are collected from aspects of process, outsourcing and etc. Thus, measures to evade risks are given.Finally, the thesis summarizes the factors to influence the quality cooperation satisfaction of global supply chain, which are characteristics of global supply chain performance, TQM strategies of global supply chain, relation among global supply chain members, internal quality management and interface quality cooperation. Conception model to validate quality cooperation satisfaction of global supply chain and its influencing factors is founded. The assumption is that the above influencing factors are correlated to quality cooperation satisfaction of global supply chain, and have impact on satisfaction improvement greatly. The simplified model is established based on the relationship between global supply chain satisfaction and two dimensions, which are internal quality management and interface quality cooperation in terms of the limitation of research. Indicators are set for investigating questionnaire, and small sample study is carried through.
