A Study On The Landscape Style And Features Of Villages In The Scenic And Historical Interest Areas Of Beijing

As natural and cultural heritage of China, the scenic and historical interest area is the treasure with the character of protective, public welfare, display and shuld be handed down from generation to generation. There are lots of inhabitant at most of scenic and historical interest areas and a harmony relationship have been established with them. On the one hand, the habitant's production and living relys on scenic resources, on the other hand, the humanistic landscape has been formed gradually with the habitant's production and living. While, with the rapid devolopment of urbanization and toursim, the harmony relationship has been distroyed severely. Those wealthy families rebuild their house to improve inhabited environment and the capacity of tourist reception. Some of these houses, to be short of correct guide and management, are lacking in harmony with the scenic and historical interest area and not fit for requirement of tourist.New vitality has been injected to villages include those in the scenic and historical interest area with new socialist countryside construction of China. Different from normal villages, the villages in the scenic and historical interest area have their own particularity. These villages should be built with local material,to show their traditional image but not to lay out the new appearance, at the same time, based on the protection, scenic resources can be good use to elevate the living standards of these villages.Based on much imformation of more than 30 villages inside or outside of the scenic and historical interest areas of Beijing, the paper summarized current situation of the style and features of these villages and put forward some problems of folk houses. When talk about construction of village style and features, the paper puts forward some request from several aspects such as nature environment, layout of villages, public service facilities and infrastructure projects. At the same time,based on village manage mode,economic stucture, ecological environment, policy and legislation system, science and technology system, this paper gives some suggistion on how to harmonize the ralationship of style and features between villages and scenic and historical interest areas.Take several villages for instance,the paper put forward some modes of style and features construction between villages and scenic and historical interest areas. And, the author hope these construction modes are usefull for other villages and scenic and historical interest areas.
