Study On Cooperative Relationships In Virtual Logistics Enterprises

With rappid development of economic globalization and science technology,logistics enterprises need to meet diversified customer demand and face up with increasingly fierce competition. Only one enterprise already could not depend upon its own ability to adapt to such competition circumstances completely.To grasp market opportunity and win market competition,logistics enterprises need to create common and overall competition advantage through scientific division and close collaboration with other logistics enterprises.Virtual logistics has already become important organization form that logistics enterpises obtain competition advantage in their business.During their cooperation,cooperative relationships plays vital and foundational role in whether virtual enterprise could succeed in operation and obtaining anticipated aims.The thesis conducts systematic and detailed research on virtual logistics enterprises and cooperative relations. This part summarizes development of cooperative relationships among enterprises firstly, and then analyzes characteristics of cooperative relationships in virtual logistics enterprises. Mode of development and laws of evolution on cooperative relationships in virtual logistics enterprises are discussed.The third part is stability of cooperative relationships in virtual logistics enterprises.
