During the process of economic development, with the significant characteristics ofeconomic globalization in 21st century, it is a necessary tendency to organize the enterpriseeconomy entities as enterprise group. In China, the history of enterprise group, which isderived from the market-competition mechanism, is recorded just in recent years, and theacademic researches on its management pattern is still be placed in the beginning stage.This dissertation focuses on the iron & steel enterprise group, exploring the theories andmethods to cope with enterprises resources optimization under the management pattern ofenterprise group, researching the operation process based on the enterprise resourceoptimization theories and methods as well as the methodologies to solve enterprise groupinformationization. Moreover the several core techniques which includes hierarchicalscheduling & planning, cooperative delivery as well as data analyzing and decision-makingare discussed deeply. The followings are the aspects to be studied in this dissertation:(1) The dissertation first introduces the concept, features and categories of enterprise group. Itstudies the ways that horizontal manufacturing industry uses to manage and regulatemechanism and to optimize the resource. At the meantime, it puts forward thegroup-oriented management pattern, and researches the iron & steel enterprise groupmanagement pattern in detail that includes restructure of organization, optimization ofbusiness flow, and the group-oriented management principle, etc.(2) According to the characteristics that the management levels between policy-making andpolicy-executing are hierarchical, the hierarchical scheduling & planning model isproposed. The bilevel hierarchical programming theory is adopted to indicate that model,the upper one is to consider the group's interests as a whole and get the largest profits,while the lower one purposes the minimum consume of working procedure costs on thebasis of meeting the needs of equipments and the distribution of resources from the branchcompanies. The model can fulfill strategic optimization of the whole enterprise group'smanufacturing resource.(3) Referring to the problem of logistics business cooperation of multiple branch companyunder the management pattern of enterprise group, using the multi-objective programmingtheory and being restricted by the conditions of the delivery period, the transportcapacities of companies and transport centers as well as stock capacities, it plans to establish a multi-objective optimization model about group cooperating transport with thepurpose to realize the maximum granted stock-out with the minimum transport costs,minimum tardiness penalties and stock penalties. The model aims to research thecooperating optimization of logistics resources among corporations.(4) Focusing on the analyzing and decision-making models on the operating data of theenterprise group, using the OLAP data analyzing technique to analyze the enterprisegroup's multi-dimensional data, then it can attain the identification of informationcontained in the enterprise group's business data. In view of the price-making mechanismabout iron & steel products, it proposes a model of steel products' basis price predictionon the basis of data mining technique, which provides a support on decision-making to theenterprise group's producing and operation, and improves the comprehensivemanagement quality on the information resource of enterprise group.(5) On the basis of studying the management pattern of iron & steel enterprise group, areferenced integration architecture which can support the resource optimizationmanagement of enterprise group is proposed by analyzing. The architecture can provide aunified integration platform environment and application service environment, enable thegroup-oriented management and business collaboration through the network, and solvethe problem on informationization of group enterprises under the multiregional,heterogeneous and distributed environment.(6) Implementing the application system of iron & steel enterprise group. Applying thetheories, methods and tools of software engineering, requirement analysis, modelinganalysis, overall design and technique structure in the informationization process ofenterprise group are researched. Finally, the application original model in a certainenterprise group is illuminated.The dissertation focuses on the iron & steel group-oriented management pattern,propounding a series of theories and methods on the regulation and optimization on theresources of the enterprise group, proposing a referenced theory framework on theinformation system, which has certain popularity and extension, to resolve the problem on thegroup enterprise resource optimization management and also to resolve the contradictionbetween the advanced management pattern and the ability to informationization.
