Research The Water Circulation Model Of Jinan Iron And Steel Group Corporation Based On Ten Million Tons Of Steel Products

Iron and steel industries are high water consuming and heavy environmental polluting units. In order to protect water environment, relieve the shortage of water resources in China, achieve the aim of the sustainable development of the national economy, and tighten controlling over water consumption of the steel industries especially the large steel industry is imperative. With the theory of circle economy and modern management and the practice of some steel enterprise in China, such as Jinan Iron-steel CO. and Baoshan Iron-steel CO., This paper revealed the problem of the water circulation system of the steel industries in China, studied the water circulation model of the steel enterprise on a large scale based on analysis about the characteristics of water circulation and consumption in the large steel industries of China. The countermeasures for circle economy of large steel enterprises'water circulation system were analyzed too.This paper pointed out that the shortage of water in China was seriously. Iron and steel industries were high water consuming and heavy environmental polluting units. To improve water consumption efficiency, save consumption and reduce pollution, strengthen enterprise's competitive strength, the water circulation systems of the steel industries should develop circle economy. The reasonable enterprise culture and system had the important functions to the circle economy of the steel industries'water circulation systems; they could promote the realization of circle economy. Modern management was the positive basis of the circle economy of the steel industries'water circulation systems, the ideas and models of green management were the important means of circle economy. The technique innovation was the main line to realize circle economy, with an eye on our country large steel industries, how to realize circle economy through technique innovation was researched.
