Theadjustment of economic & trade structure and transforming of population structure havesped. The problem of economic and trade growth mode is more and more serious.Employment-human resources structure is more prominent. The 21st century is a specialperiod that we make full use of the human resource advantage and its developmentpotential. With the aid of historical opportunity to "re-internationalize", we carry out ourrace to develop. It is also a crucial period to transform the economic and trade growthmode to meet with the transformation of population structure.
