Research On The Influencing Of Corporate Gene Rebuilding On Corporate Performance

Information technology and Internet which are increasingly applied to the enterprise management practice, product’s upgrading become faster and customers’ personalized and diversified demands become more urgent. They urge the organization mode of the traditional enterprise and the choice of strategic to change profoundly. In order to obtain continuous growth of profit, what can we do to enhance the enterprise competitive ability? Many enterprises are confronted with this problem. Corporate gene rebuilding offers a new way to improve the corporate performance. How does it affect corporate performance? Is this impact direct or through the external environment? Then this article not only discusses the direct relation between them, but also adds a regulating variable-- network centrality, which measures the center position enterprise located in the value network.A lot of Scholars at home and abroad study how corporate gene rebuilding affects enterprise performance through qualitative analysis. As a result, the empirical analysis is absent. In this context, the paper discusses the mechanism of corporate gene rebuilding strategy on business performance from the theoretical level thoroughly, and adds regulating variable---- network centricity to further discussion. Corporate gene rebuilding strategy is divided into two kinds: single capacity factor strategy and combination strategy which is based on the value chain capacity factor. We also probe into the path how those two strategies affect corporate performance respectively. We constructs conceptual model of the corporate gene rebuilding strategy impacting on the corporate performance and puts forward six research hypotheses.In order to verify the hypothesis and conceptual model, this research distributed questionnaire to the enterprises in the manufacturing industry of Henan province, and analyze the data collected from the questionnaires. We use statistical software SPSS19.0 version examines six hypotheses through the descriptive statistics, the validity and reliability of the inspection, multivariate regression equation. The conclusion supports the five assumptions, only one hypothesis failed the significant test. It is also a innovative point of this paper from the perspective of empirical analysis demonstrating the corporate gene rebuilding strategy that influences on corporate performance. Finally, the research results is analyzed and discussed. This paper puts forward the management enlightenment and insufficient place. We hope to provide some references for the further research of corporate gene rebuilding strategy in the future.
