A Study On The Appraisement And Alert System Of The Sustainable Development Of Enterprise

Currently , the economy in the world has come to an global epoch in which there is no borders, modern enterprises have been involved into a huge complex dynamic system, and have become a part of it. All the things them facing are changing, and are changing more and more fast. If the enterprise wants to keep the pace, it must get changes on the value, the behavior and the direction of the development in order not to be washed out. So the discussions on the law of the development of the enterprise , the appraisement and alert on the development of the enterprise are more important.Based on the previous thoughts, this paper chose sustainable development of the enterprise and alert system as the topic, made a detail research on the theory frame of the development of the enterprise, the appraisement, the alert system. According to the arrange of the content, the whole paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter reviewed and appraised the theory of the development of the enterprise, explained the importance of the topic, advanced the structure of the study, the theoretic base and the research method.The second chapter is the study of the theory of the development of the enterprise. At first this chapter made a discussion on the development of the enterprise and related conceptions, advanced the conception of the development of the enterprise and the characteristics of it.The third chapter is the construction of the index system of the development of the enterprise. This chapter firstly reviewed the current index system of the development of the enterprise, found that the current index system of the development of the enterprise in our country is not consummate, and the related study such as the sustainable development of the enterprise is unilateral and not practical. And then this paper constructured the comprehensive the index system of the development of the enterprise,and advanced the index system on financial affairs in the development of the enterprise field from a practical perspective.The fourth chapter is the discussion and the empirical study about the development of the enterprise. This chapter at first made a comprehensive analysis about the current index system of the development of the enterprise, and then advanced a new dynamic synthesized method of appraisement to value the ability of the development of the enterprise,and then used this outcome to analyse the sustainable ability, stable ability about the development of the sample companies.The fifth chapter is the design of the alter model on the sustainable development of the enterprise and the empirical study. This chapter at first made a discussion about the method of the alert in financial crisis of the enterprise, and differentiated and analysed the alert of the sustainable development of the enterprise and the financial crisis of the enterprise. And then designed the nonlinear alter model based on NN. At last used the Fisher discriminate analysis, Logistic regressive model and nonlinear alert model to analyse the development of the sample companies.The sixth chapter is the conclusion. This chapter summarized the conclusion of the study and the limits of the study, and discussed the question which needs further studies.This paper is based on the previous studies of the theory of the sustainable development of the enterprise, combined with the situation of China, absorbed the previous empirical studies,made some innovations as follows:1.broadening the perspective of the study. There is much fruit on the study of the sustainable development of the enterprise, but in term of the perspective, most of them are about three aspects as follows:â‘ t he introduction and appraisement of the sustainable development of the enterprise,â‘¡t he discussion of the theory of the development of the enterprise,â‘¢the stratagem of the development of the enterprise. This paper from a new perspective based on the appraisement and the alert system of the development of the enterprise, broadening the perspective of the study, made a contribution to the theory of the sustainable development of the enterprise and the practice in the management.2.the frame construction of the theory. This paper constructed the framework based on the enterprise source and the enterprise life, namely on the one hand,the development of the enterprise is influenced by the enterprise source, the enterprise structure and the surroundings of the enterprise, on the other hand, the process of the development can be divided into three parts: survive, growth and rebirth.3.the construction of the index system of the development of the enterprise. Aiming at solving the current problem, this paper constructed two index systems, enriching the index system of the development of the enterprise.4.the choose of the method of the appraisement and the synthesized analysis of the corresponding outcome. On the based of the previous study, made a further study on the appraisement and the empirical study of the development of the enterprise. This paper constructed a new dynamic synthesized method of appraisement to value the ability of the development of the enterprise,and used this outcome to analyse the sustainable ability, stable ability about the development of the sample companies. This will be a good conference and a guide for the coming related study.5. the construction of the alert model. Being different from the current domestic study, the innovation of this paper is: on the one hand, the two index systems are not the same, the financial crisis alert usually chooses a lot of financial index to make a alert system, in this paper the alert system is based on the framework of the development of the enterprise; on the other hand, based on the alert model, this paper constructed a nonlinear forecast model, and the empirical result was proved to be a good one.In a word, this paper made a significant exploration on the meaning of the development of the enterprise, the characteristics of the development quality, the synthesized appraisement, the combination of the economics and statistics and management.
