A Study On The Appraisement Of The Sustainable Growth For The Enterprise

All enterprises should establish the risk awareness and improve the ability of sustainable growth for the worldwide financial crisis. The situation which goes from the previous way "crossing the river by feeling the stones" to the pre-planning and early prevention is a realistic choice for each enterprise now.Sustainable growth of enterprises not only is a continuous process of change from small to big and weak to strong in a longer period of time, but also is a process that coordinates with the external environment. The topic of sustainable growth of enterprises has become more important than the efficiency of management in modern enterprises with the rapid pace of innovation speed of product, technology and knowledge today. Also it is great significance to study the evaluation of sustainable growth of enterprises for the state and society.Firstly, in this paper, I make a more in-depth description for the relevant theories of the enterprise growth and it provides a theoretical basis for the study. With the characteristics of the enterprises corporate life and the key factor in affecting the sustainable growth, I construct of a more comprehensive evaluation system for sustainable growth of enterprises and evaluate the sustainable growth of enterprises horizontally with grey relational analysis on this basis. The enterprises can discover the gap between itself and the major competitors easily with this evaluation method to meet the shortfall in time. At the same time, this evaluation method has good performance and high reliability and simple calculation. It also can be a better analysis tool for the sustainable growth ability of enterprises to provide a practical decision-making basis for enterprise managers.
