In order to suit the increasingly complex and dynamic environment and acquire sustainable competitive advantage, the core competences of enterprise must be replaced dynamically and continuously. The kind of core competence that can renew itself and can generate new competitive advantage with the passage of time is called dynamic core competence. Here"dynamic"means the rapid renewal ability of core competence to cope with the changing eternal environment."Competence"emphasizes on continuously adjusting, integrating and regenerating the organizational skills, resources and functions in and out enterprise to meet the demand of changing circumstances.The dynamic core competences manifest as the integrating ability of internal and external resources. Besides, they must have capabilities of all dimensions in the capability matrix during running process and should give feedback on interaction of capabilities. Also, dynamic core competences must form new capabilities during the dynamic development of all dimensions.
