Aiming to enhance the efficiency and service level of spare parts supply of equipments, this dissertation focuses on the defect prediction of equipments, inventory control and supply optimization of spare parts. In the research, artificial neural network, fuzzy logic and object optimization based on genetic algorithm are used to solve the complicated problems.The main contents and contributions of the dissertation are as follows:1. A method of cooperative inventory control of the spare parts based on defect prediction has been put forward. An integral framework of the defect-prediction-based cooperative inventory control system of equipments' spare parts has been established.2. A defect prediction method of batch equipments focusing on system level and subassembly level is put forward. Both a system level defect prediction model based on artificial neural network and a dynamic assembly level defect prediction model based on fuzzy logic are established. It is proved to have met the needs of actual defect prediction of batch equipments through the simulation and system applications.3. The cooperative control optimization model with the constraint conditions of cooperative inventory control rule, spare parts productivity as well as warehouse storage capacity is constructed. A solution for this model using genetic algorithm, which sets the wholly cooperative inventory control cost of spare parts as optimization objective, is established to get the optimal warehouses and their storage of spare parts.4. The cooperative inventory control optimization model with the constraint conditions of supply rule, spare parts preparative hour as well as warehouse supply capacity is constructed on the basis of supply cost. A solution for this model, which set the wholly cooperative supply cost of spare parts as optimization objective, is established to get the optimal warehouses and their supply of spare parts when the supply cost is lowest.5.
