As an important part of China’s tertiary sector of the economy industry,the logistics industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy and society.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan,it is proposed to "speed up the construction of a strong transportation country,improve comprehensive transportation corridors,comprehensive transportation hubs and logistics networks,speed up the networking of urban agglomerations and metropolitan rail transit,and improve the traffic accessibility in rural and border areas",which not only plays a catalytic role in the comprehensive sustainable development of logistics enterprises,but also accumulates strength for the transformation of logistics industry.For logistics enterprises,with the constant renewal and change of policies and markets,the performance evaluation system with strong adaptability and high operability is helpful to the continuous decline of circulation costs and the obvious improvement of enterprise efficiency.In view of the characteristics of "many,small,scattered and low level of competitiveness" that still exist in the development process of China’s logistics enterprises,single-type enterprises are faced with the urgent need of transformation that can’t meet the market demand,the informatization and intelligent construction of infrastructure needs to be improved,the cost of transportation management increases under the normalization of epidemic situation,and the service level is uneven,etc.This study selects the key elements of China’s logistics enterprises for key analysis by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and expert interviews.Construct the overall framework and method of performance evaluation of logistics enterprises,promote the systematic evaluation of development status of logistics enterprises,effectively reduce costs for enterprises,and put forward ideas and countermeasures for improving the overall competitiveness of logistics enterprises.In this paper,the existing literature on the main logistics enterprise performance indicators,the construction of the system and related models and methods of research were combed,this paper also analyzes and compares the evolution trend Of keywords and research context Of CNKI and Web Of Science in China and abroad by using CiteSpace software.In view of the current situation of logistics industry and enterprises,as well as the research status of logistics enterprise performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in logistics enterprise performance evaluation,and selects the optimized evaluation method to solve these problems.Based on the balanced scorecard method,this paper selects the key indicators of logistics enterprise performance evaluation,puts forward 4 first-class indicators,8 second-class indicators and 36 third-class indicators,and constructs the logistics enterprise performance evaluation index system.The statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 is used for factor analysis of the index system to verify the objectivity and rationality of the performance evaluation system.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in fuzzy logic algorithm,the weights of indexes at all levels in the performance evaluation index system of logistics enterprises are determined,and a fuzzy consistent judgment matrix based on fuzzy logic algorithm is proposed for the efficiency evaluation of logistics enterprises.Three listed companies in the same comprehensive logistics group are selected as sample data for empirical analysis to verify the scientificity,objectivity and feasibility of the model.Through financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension and learning and innovation dimension,the evaluation results of three listed logistics enterprises are compared and analyzed.Based on the enterprise performance evaluation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the steady development of logistics enterprises.
