With the improvement of the technology and the management level, the deeping of the economic globalization, the competitive pressure the enterprises facing is becoming bigger. If the enterprises want to be in an invincible position in the market full of compettion, we must proceed to improve all aspects of their own advantage with enough efforts. When the enterprises need a new approach urgently to meet the opportunities and challenges,the concept of supply chain coming into being.Supply chain management are mainly through the control and coordinany of the supply chain entities and their behavior to achieve to lower system costs, improve the product quality and the standard of the services. SCM includes many aspects of the management activity, and the inventory management is one of the key aspects among them.In the thesis, the research focuses on the uncertainties in the SCM issues, some of the parameters is difficult to express clearly. The research focuses on inventory control strategy optimization related to activities, such as the buy, production, storage and transportation of material, work in process and finished goods inventory within up-stream and under-stream enterprises along the serial supply chain. The main research aspects are as follows:(1) To review the state of art of inventory control strategies of supply chain and introduce to the fuzzy simulation;(2) Supply chain inventory control strategy optimization is based on the simulation of supply chain inventory system. So, in this thesis, the general model of serial supply chain inventory control strategy is addressd, which is implemented by using the C program language;(3) Models for single objectives control strategy optimization based on fuzzy chance-constrained programming, which describes the optimization problem of serial supply chain inventory control strategy with the objective of minimum the pessimistic cost and satisfying the-credibility measure of the customer satisfaction level and average-order placed. Then the algorithm of hybrid generic algorithm are proposed and hybrid particle swarm algorithm, Simulation studies suggest that both of them can solve this problem efficiently; (4) Considering the multi-objective programming idea, the fuzzy chance-constrained goal programming model is established, which describes the optimization problem of serial supply chain inventory control strategy with the economis objectives need to be satisfied according to the given priority. To solve this problem presented, the hybrid generic algorithm and hierarchy comparison generic algorithm are present. Simulation analysis suggested that both of the two algorithms are efficient and the hierarchy comparison generic is more adaptable. |
