Study On Management Integration For Self-Adaptive Capacity Of Enterprise

The globalization induces tremendous transformation in the circumstances and organizational forms of enterprises such as the globalization of markets, organizations, production, technology, resources and culture which enterprises encounter. The transformation of circumstances brings a series of challenges of management such as culture conflicts, knowledge revolutions, heterogeneity of markets and polarization of organization. To resolve the problems is the precondition of existence and development of enterprises, and these require enterprises have strong activity, pro-activity, agility and collaboration, and hold and suit the changes of circumstances, and have strong capacities of active innovation, self-adjustment and self-adaptation. Actually, the integration of these capacities is self-adaptive capacity of enterprise (SACE). SACE is the capacity that leads to the changes of circumstances formed by integrating the enterprise's action such as active innovating, thinking the changes of circumstances, learning knowledge and refining worthiness view. It has many characters such as syntheses, complexity, process, non-imitability, plasticity, culture, and expandability.Management integration for self-adaptive capacity of enterprise (MISACE) is the summation of actions and processes that synthetically apply various thinking, theories, methods and techniques of management that take integration thinking as basis, and organically put various resource factors together so that enhance the SACE and realize harmony between the enterprise and circumstance. The basic principle is consistent to MISACE and common MI. Both cores emphasize taking integration thinking as basis. MISACE not only has the basic attributes of integration such as system, unity, harmony, dynamics and the basic characters of MI such as initiative, non-linearity, coherence, and hierarchy but also have some particularity such as complexity, self-organizing and coupling.The structure system of MISACE consists of two hierarchies including the core layer and the support layer. The core layer is the core of MISACE as well as preconditions of operation. The core layer includes three subsystems: goal integration subsystem, process integration subsystem and institution integration subsystem. (1) The goal integration is a process and a system formed by this process, in which based on the requirements of circumstances and current level of SACE, the enterprise sets the goals of various types and hierarchies according to the principle of entireness and consistency.
