Nowadays, with the development of economic globalization and informative globalization, electronic commerce is popular with these advantages of low price, high efficiency, celerity and convenience, which has gone beyond the limitation of zone and time. Therefore, more and more enterprises and users choose to use it. Electronic commerce remains the state of fast and continuous development in the world.Electronic commerce is a revolution of commercial modes. The revolution not only makes the modes of management and distribution of commerce a new look , but also straightly fastens the fluxion of resources and optimizes the collocating of resources, which also promotes the exaltation of consumptive notion and the change of consumptive environment. In other word, the appearance of electronic commerce makes new changes both in the course of economic activity and in the relation of economy.The content of this article mainly consists of two parts: the first is why to boost electronic commerce; the second is how the government boosts electronic commerce.When I analyze why to boost electronic commerce, I emphasize to explain the necessity and importance of boosting the development of electronic commerce. Electronic commerce possesses many characters and advantages such as high efficiency, low price and so on, which make productive efficiency improve highly. In recent years, with the comprehensive application of electronic commerce, electronic commerce has been used in the fields of economy, aviations, military, weather and so on. The level of application of electronic commerce has become an important embodiment of integrated power of a nation. Boosting the development of electronic commerce of our country is the necessity of improving international competitive power of our country, which also promotes the development of industrialization, changes the mode of economic growth and improves the quality and the efficiency of circulating of national economy. In a word, boosting the development of electronic commerce plays an important role in realizing great goal of roundly building up an easy society.When I analyze how the government boosts electronic commerce, I combine the boosting of electronic commerce with the reality and the character of the development of market economy of socialism of our country,emphasize the role of our government in boosting the development of electronic commerce. Therefore, the government should do these things, to perfect three environments; to construct three juristic standards and to provide four measures.The first is to perfect three environments.
