E-government is the use of computer, network and communication of moderninformation technology, optimize the reorganization of the government organization structureand the work flow, separate beyond time, space and department limits, into a lean, efficient,honest, fair government operation mode, in order to fully to the community to providehigh-quality, standardized, transparent, conforms to the international standard of managementand service. At present, the construction of Zengcheng e-government administration has acertain scale, but generally in lack of organization and management, not to establish thewhole process of government system, has the phenomenon of information isolated islandseriously, therefore it can not meet the functional requirement of the people. With the adventof the information age, the Zengcheng administration of the e-government construction is instudy. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of government approval, we mustaccelerate building e-government.In recent years, the economic of Zengcheng has been developing rapidly. In theprovince’s67counties (city) economic development force sort and the town economicdevelopment capacity of100, Zengcheng is the first in Guangdong county comprehensiveeconomic development, leading the province’s county economy for11consecutive years. Theessence of Zengcheng mode is to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, typicalpost area of do all one can to catch up. Therefore, in order to promote the sustainabledevelopment of Zengcheng economy and double upgrade, promote the rise of high level ofZengcheng, Zengcheng administrative departments must further emancipate the mind, changeideas, and strive to advance the system innovation, to create a good institutional environmentand policy environment for enterprises.
