Research On Corporate Governance Model Of Enterprise Groups Based On Game Analysis

Enterprises in China face the competition pressure from the world after China joined WTO. There is a kind of trend that is building enterprise groups. Corporate governance structure of enterprise groups, which are as support of country economy, directly connects with enterprise reform whose goal is based on modern corporation system. Resolving the issues of corporate governance, which is caused by the complexity of enterprise groups, already becomes the attentioned focus of management specialists and enterprises with enterprise collectivize.This dissertation systematically discusses corporate governance structure of enterprise groups based on game theory. It elementarily establishes the theory research frame to corporate governance model of enterprise groups with the basis on analysis to corporate governance mechanism of enterprise groups. By the system info, this dissertation emphatically studies the following four problems. Firstly, it analyses the evolution of corporate governance model in the economic transition countries and oppugns the convergence of international corporate governance models. Secondly, it makes the research on corporate governance mechanism of enterprise groups. Thirdly, it discusses how to perfect corporate governance structure and optimize the coordinate governance. Lastly, it analyses how to build corporate governance model of enterprise groups in China.Above all, this dissertation summarizes the relevant theories about enterprise groups, corporate governance, frame of corporate governance model and game theory, and makes the international comparative analysis on corporate governance models of enterprise groups by the use of contrast and game analysis.
