Study On The Dynamic Factors Of The Transformation From Industrial Parks To Eco-industrial Parks In Baoji

With the continuous process of China's industrialization,industrial parks,as the major engine,promoting Chinese economic development,has been a hot topic of academic research.However,the booming economic development also brings great hidden dangers and long-term problem: people's unreasonable and unscientific development mode makes the contradiction between the rapid economic development and the protection of ecological environment become more obvious.The transformation of traditional industrial parks to ecological industrial parks has become an important measure for Chinese economy to move towards sustainable development.This paper firstly sorts out the relevant domestic and overseas literature of industrial parks and eco-industrial parks,and then analyzes and summarizes the research status of industrial parks' eco-transformation;Secondly,it defines the concepts of industrial parks and eco-industrial parks,introduces the related theories and contents of the structural equation model,and summarizes the theoretical basis: the concept of circular economy and industrial ecology;After reading a large number of literature,the possible dynamic indicators of the eco-industrial parks to be searched in this paper are selected,and also the corresponding measurable indicators of each potential variable are determined.On this foundation,the dynamic factors model of the ecological transformation of the park is constructed and the hypotheses are put forward.This paper also introduces the background of Baoji industrial park and the selected samples,analyzes the operation results through the structural equation model,then modifies and optimizes the model based on the results,to achieve the best fitting degree of the model.The empirical results of this paper show that the economic development of the park,the influence of local policies,the awareness of environmental protection of the park and the overall stability of the park have a significant direct positive impact on the ecological efficiency of the park.Taking the stability of the park as an intermediary variable,the internal management of the park has a significant indirect impact on the ecological efficiency of the park.Resource recycling has no significant influence on the ecological efficiency of the industrial park.Finally,according to the results of empirical analyses,relevant policy suggestions are put forward to Bao Ji's government departments,park managers and enterprise leaders.
