Research On Economic Cost Of Natural Resources Assets From The View Of Rights And Interests Achievement Of Different Objects

With the development of economy and society, the demand of natural resources highly increases, the situation of our country′s natural resources assets has worsened. Especially land resources assets has been classified as the first scarce resources, and farmland resources assets has been faced with a lot of problems. Based on this critical reality, this dissertation pays particular attention on farmland resources assets. Both rights and interests achievement value, ecology values and sustainable development standpoint are taken as guiding ideology, this dissertation studies the economic cost of land resources assets from the view of rights and interests achievement of different objects. So a brand—new and efficient economic cost research system of natural resources assets including the fundamental theory frame, the property rights system research, the economic cost definition, the rights and interests achievement, and accounting research is to be built, which suits sustainable development. This dissertation can supply some theory guidance and assistance to realizing natural resources assets′s effective management and fine circle, to solving the question of peasant, agriculture and village, so as to bring about advance in harmonious society.This dissertation is divided into six parts.The first part includes chapter 1 and chapter 2. These two parts give a simple introduction to the background and foundation of this dissertation. Chapter 1 explains the background, the research situation, the objectives, the research range, the research route, as well as the research frame.Chapter 2 systematic builds theory frame of this dissertation, including fundamental theories, basic presumptions, principles and some concepts.
