The automobile industry is one of the underpinning industries in our country. Up to now, it has been provided with a certain competitive advantage. Against the economy globalization, the technique develops fast all over the world, cooperation between countries enhances and the structure of car industry is facing adjustment. China has joined in the WTO, the competitive pressure from all over the world increase continually. China has become the largest potential consume market. It is favorable to our car industry. And the consume circumstance of the automobile market direct affect the development of the automobile market. And it is also closely linked with the automobile industry. So the study of the consume circumstance of the automobile market in our country is significative.This article first uses the Porter's "diamond model" to analyze the competitive advantage of the automobile industry. And then analyzes the consume circumstance of the automobile market from car credit, secondhand car market, excise, traffic, oil price and law etc. And it points out the good and the bad. At last educes a result that the consume circumstance of the automobile market in our country is developing to a good direction.
