Dominant Contradictions Analysis And Optimization Research Of Supply Chain Scheduling In Mass Customization

The, customization service level and production efficiency of mass customization (MC) can be improved by researching of MC operation strategy in view of the supply chain system. The Research of mass customization operation strategy geared to supply chain has been placed on the list of major aided financially items by Management Science Department of National Natural Science Foundation of China. Here, the content studied is belonged to this domain.The key and the hot and difficult point of the research of MC are how to deal with the contradiction between mass production efficiency and customer's personal customized demand rationally, and at present, the core ideas of solving this problem are developing rove around the Postponement. The essential prerequisite of giving full scope to postponement is the high efficiency of product development and design and high flexibility of production operation system. But in the circumstances of the higher degree of customers' individual needs especially in face up to the model of approximate peer customization model and emergent customization model, the contradiction between giving full scope to postponement and customization satisfied level of customers must come out. This contradiction is difficult to solve operating in non supply chain environment.In order to solve the problem, the paper makes study combining MC optimization with supply chain operation model. When the MC is operating in the supply chain environment, on one hand, the excellent operation character of supply chain give conditions for solving the contradiction; on the other hand, the contradiction will bring out several complicated relationship problems and increase the complex extent of analysis and research.
