For a long time, the efficiency of coal industry in our country is much lower thanthose of other countries. Some materials show that annual production of a coal minerin U.S.A. is 12000 tons, and the production of one is only 234 tons in the nationalmajor colliery of China! Disparity means potential. The systematic theory, reliabilitytheory, industrial engineering theory, great system theory, mining engineering theory,electromechanical engineering theory, human factors engineering theory, informationsystem theory and method are used and carried on deep research to logistics system ofthe colliery production in the dissertation. The research results of this dissertation willoffer theory support to structure the logistics systems of collieries.Aim for production logistics system of colliery, the innovative study developed inthe dissertation is as follows:1. The concept of production logistics system in the colliery is proposed, whichhelps to establish the logistics system of colliery.2. In the colliery production logistics optimization problems, the dissertationprobed into the pushing and delivering management system and put forward a set ofeffective organization framework, material plan, deliving mode and managementpattern in order to achieve the goal of optimizing supply logistics in the colliery.3. The concept of coal mine facility is presented in order to evaluate and optimizecoal mine facilities more overall and truly. This dissertation combined multipleobjective evaluative methods to set up multiple criteria variable weightcomprehensive evaluative model for coal mine facility. This will reflect thevaried-weight thought and the design level of each scheme more truly.4. In order to improve of reliability of production logistics system in the colliery,the coal enterprise usually set buffer storehouse under the well that is the coal bunker.The coal bunker influences and promotes the steady and smooth degree in thetransportation system because it is one of the important taches. Basing on the above,this dissertation brought forward to stochastic Petri net models of bunkertransportation to analyze reliability in the bunker transportation system, discussedrepairable system and conversion relation between them, and provides a newapproach for analyzing the reliability of bunker transportation system.5. The colliery production system is divided into several step subsystems, setcoordinate control in grades, and arrage the relations of every subsystem applingcomplicated system theory in order to achieve most effective qualitative schemes andquantitative parameters for a coal production system.6. For guaranteeing the high-efficient operation of colliery production logisticssystem, this dissertation probed into effective implement information system ofcolliery production logistics system, put forward to transform the production workflows according to the demand of information flow and set up effective and normativeproduction management system so as to meet the increasing change and the need ofaboil competitive market.
